Lovely location and views to the river. Staff very helpful and friendly, overall enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The laundry machine was almost always busy and you don’t have a way to know if they are available or not other than going to elevator section and use the phone their to call reception for them to check

We will stay here again for the next trip in Kyoto.
Cons:

The dryer function of washing machine is not working properly. We did 1.5 hours for drying clothes but it was like nothing happen, stills really wet. Finally, we had to bring clothes to public laundry to wash again.

Clean, hospitable and comfortable. Perfectly situated near the Kamo river around the corner. Bring your shoes if you’re a runner, it’s a wonderful run along the riverside

Clean, new, spacious rooms
Pros:

Spacious room, very clean and nice atmosphere. Coin laundry and convenience store opposite the road, and close to a bus stop
