There’s no real space to eat the (complementary) breakfast, so go early and take your breakfast back to your room.

My family and I love everything about the hotel. The proximity to places of interest in Kyoto. And all the good restaurants. The staffs were super nice, kind and super super helpful! They went the extra miles to make your stay comfortable. Even help you out of anything you need. We will definitely come back to this hotel for sure!
I think they need to invest more laundry machines and the dryers 😅

This is an incredible hotel with an awesome location. The staff are super friendly, breakfast was great, and the proximity to restaurants was unreal. We stayed in the 10th floor in a larger room because we have kids. The view from there of the river, hills, and temples was magical.
It is such a minor comment, but the pillows were a bit hard. Don’t let that dissuade you. Stay here!

The hotel was very conveniently located in the center of Kyoto just across the river from Gion. So we could get to all the attractions very conveniently. We especially liked the walk back from the station lined up with a lovely canal and cherry tree blossoms. The room was extremely clean and newly remodeled with a comfortable bed and a very good orthopedic pillows. This helped us to relax after a long day of walking. The staff was courteous and helpful. In the morning we enjoyed free light breakfast and beverages. They also have a laundry facilities, but there are only two machines which were full at the time we needed to use them. So we went across the street to use a public coin laundry.
We were not able to get the room we thought we were supposed to get. The pictures they put on Booking made it seem like we would be getting a corner unit with two windows and a better view. That was the whole reason I booked this hotel. Instead with got a room with only one window and it was rather small. Please update the pictures on Booking so that people know what exactly they are getting.

Great place to stay while in Kyoto. The simple morning breakfast was perfect - especially the selection of cheese, bread, and coffee. I appreciated being able to grab a cup of coffee or orange juice at any time of day or evening. The staff was friendly and helpful and everything went smoothly.

提携の駐車場がなく、近くの駐車場は２４時間駐車で2400円ぐらいします。
道路沿いの為朝少し煩かったです。
