Pros:

I think the room is very big and well arranged. The facilities are very good. I like they split bathroom into toilet, face wash and bath three spaces. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. The location is also excellent. This is my first leave a review for a hotel cuz I really like it.

位置离四条町主街稍远，但胜在安静；前台有位中国小哥，沟通无障碍；宅配收件及寄件服务都很到位，尤其是收件，收到的行李入住前已经放入了房间，这点特别贴心。

I love my stay and my two-window room, enough space, flat iron, and the views.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay in Kyoto – Outstanding service and genuine care
Pros:

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience.

The room was bright, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, close to a bus stop, the river, and many restaurants, making it easy to explore Kyoto.

We also appreciated the laundry facilities (washer and dryer) and the complimentary breakfast every morning.

A special thank you to Kutman for the exceptional support after our stay. We accidentally left something in our room, and the staff immediately contacted us and arranged to have it shipped to our next destination. Their kindness, dedication, and professionalism went far beyond our expectations.

Ótimo hotel, funcionários atenciosos, ótimo café e boa localização!
Pros:

Hotel muito bom, ficamos eu minha esposa e nosso filho de 3 anos, fomos muito bem atendidos pelos funcionários.
O café da manhá dizem ser bem simples, mas é muito bom. Voltaremos com certeza!

Confortable, insonorisé, idéalement bien situé, personnel très professionnel, salle de bain propre et pratique.

Cons:

En fait, il n'y a pas de salle de petit déjeuner, mais il y a un mini buffet avec machine à café et à thé, quelques viennoiseries et seulement 3 ou 4 chaises avec tables. Je pense que vous devez vous faire un petit plateau et déjeuner dans votre chambre.
