구 홋카이도 도청 건너편 접근성 좋고 적당히 세련되고 따뜻한 호텔
Pros:

JR삿포로역, 삿포로 지하철역 모두 가까워 접근성이 좋고 구 홋카이도 도청 건너편이라 객실에 따라서는 뷰가 좋다. 조식 퀄리티도 좋도 낮에는 식당이 라운지로 활용되어 무료 커피도 제공한다. 대욕장도 좋고 객실 등 시설 전반 모두 좋다. 환경을 고려하여 연박 시 청소 서비스를 선택적으로 받을 수 있다는 점이 신선했다. 갑작스러운 항공편 변경으로 숙박 연장을 하게 되었을 때나 이 후 메일로 인보이스 요청을 했을 때 등 직원들은 모두 신속하고 친절하게 대응해주었다.

Cons:

대욕장 청소를 신속하게 하는 것 같지는 않는 느낌이 든다. 일부 호텔의 경우 대욕장에서 직원이 중간 중간에 청소를 하는 모습도 보였는데 이 호텔의 경우 청소 직원은 보이지 않았고 일부 투숙객이 과하게 비누칠을 하여 바닥이 미끄러운 상태였는데 사고 위험이 있어보였다.

Pros:

FIFAのドライヤーがあり、駅近窓からの景色も良かった。
朝のバイキングも、美味しかった

Cons:

朝バイキング、朝1で行ったが並び整理券を配られ部屋に戻るシステムだった。
説明がなく、食べるまでに時間がかかった。
朝なので、出かける時間との調整が難しい。
