Pros:

삿포로 역에서 가깝고 바로 앞에 시청건물과 홋카이도 대학교가 가까이 있어 산책하기 너무 좋습니다. 대욕탕도 깨끗하고 시설이 깔끔합니다. 그리고 직원분들도 너무 친절하고 좋습니다!

Cons:

대욕팅에 냉탕이 없어서 아쉽고 객실 어메니티중에 바디로션이 없었던게 아쉬웠어요...

הצוות מאד ידידותי החדרים מרווחים ( תלוי סוג חדר) המלון נקי. ממוקם במקום טוב.

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר מאד עשירה. יש אוכל מכל הסוגים ומגוון רב של הצעות. העניין שהמלון פחות ערוך לאוכל מערבי. החניה מעט יקרה.

Pros:

Large comfortable room with the proper amenities..Their onsen was a bonus and we utilised it every night. Staff was super friendly and easy to communicate with. The area is very close to the station and also super close to the numerous shopping malls, especially Daimaru and the basement shopping strip.

직원들이 불친절함
Pros:

주차공간 관리하는 사람이 불친절하였음 인종차별로 주차자리가 있음에도 외국인은 먼곳으로 안내하고 내국인은 그냥 주차안내하는 등 무례함 하지만 위치와 조식은 좋았음

Cons:

외국인이 많이 갈법도 한데 그에 관련한 교육이 되어있지 않음 숙소있는 내내 불쾌하였음
