部屋は広々しているが、使っていないスペースが廃墟のようで怖い

部屋の広さ

Cons:

看板が一切ないので入口が分からない。使っていないスペスースは物置きで壁のない屋外となっている。よく言えばリノベーション物件だが、とらえ方によっては廃墟とも感じる。

Good price, comfortable room
Pros:

The property was at walking distance of the central plaza of the city and reasonably distanced from the airport. It had convenience stores nearby and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Pros:

Близкое расположение от центра города (5-6 минут пешком), от автовокзалов (ADO 6-7 минут, Ориенте 15-16 минут), номер огромный и комфортный со всеми удобствами, абсолютная тишина.

Cons:

Процесс заселения. Мы 40 минут стояли на темной улице в 15 метрах от входной двери прежде чем смогли проникнуть внутрь да и то благодаря помощи местных жителей.

perfekte schöne Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage für wenig Geld

fantastisches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Cons:

die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war etwas verwirrend, da wir als Whatsapp Kontakt eine Person hatten und vor Ort jemand anderes war, dessen Nummer wir nicht hatten und dadurch immer im Dreieck schreiben mussten. Es hat aber trz alles funktioniert
vllt eine kleine Lampe am Nachttisch ergänzen für angenehmeres Licht
Kühlschrank wäre praktisch

Ruhiges Zimmer in Zentrumsnähe
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, nahe vom historischen Stadtzentrum und der ADO-Busstation. Es war sehr ruhig. Der Gastgeber war freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und bot ausreichend Ablageflächen. Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei und war schnell. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war insgesamt sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Liegenschaft wirkt beim Betreten etwas verlassen, fast wie ein Lost Place. Beim Tisch wären ein oder zwei frei zugängliche Steckdosen hilfreich gewesen. Die Kommunikation war insgesamt etwas umständlich, da sie über mehrere Personen erfolgte.

Convenient stay a stonethrow away from Centre
Pros:

The silence and the room size, the toilet was huge and to top it off it had a small terrace. We loved the location as it was very close to the centre of Merida. We booked for 4 nights for a wedding and ended up booking for another 4 nights prior making our way to Oaxaca. Loved the fact that they also had an iron and a hair dryer ready to be used.
Do not be deterred about the condition outside in the common area and building setting as it kinda adds charm in my opinion and the room comforts makes up for it.

Cons:

At times communication could be better, as I had to wait for some hours sometimes overnight for a reply.
As we stayed for more nights it would have been great for the team to assist us with changes of towels for courtesy or ask if they could come and clean the room half way through/given us extra toilet papers, sometimes the dust from the outside space would get into our shoes and subsequently into our room. Also we had a small bin that would have been helpful to have it cleaned up, as we were drinking quite a lot of electrolites/water bottles. Please note that there is no fridge in this accommodation to put your drinks in, maybe something to consider when its really hot and you need to refresh during your stay.

Pros:

Large, new apartment. Bed / pillows were very comfortable. AC excellent. Great location. Would recommend.

Cons:

Needs either access to a free drinking water cooler, or a fridge in the apartment as there was no way to keep water cold. (It was 43 degrees when we were there).
