Love that it has separate bedrooms from the "living area" and love the location to go to concerts at northern quest
The room we had was pretty run down and not very clean. Lots of dust in everything. No a/c in the bedrooms just a small a/c in the wall that was very dirty, in the living area. For the price we paid I would expect better upkeep and cleanliness
Hot water, Parking, Location close to AFB.
Room 108- shower head needs cleaned. More water come out the bottom faucet then it did out the shower head.
Bed in main room was very noisy. I woke up everyone up every time I moved in bed
Convenient for the Casino and concert.
The shower head didn't work properly and although they provide dishes and pots and pans. Maybe upgrade them a little.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff is always friendly.
Good value, small kitchen with fridge and freezer. You actually feel like you're in a small apartment.
Toilet is super loud, the fridge door opened on the wrong side. Beds could be more comfortable, maybe a mattress topper to help soften the firmness.
Extremely comfortable. Apartment setting with well equipped kitchen. It is very conveniently located and quiet. We will definitely be staying again when we go to Spokane.
The staff was amazing. They helped me make my wife’s birthday weekend special for her. They went above and beyond for us. When we arrived, they had placed a flower arrangement, birthday card, and bottle of wine in our suite for my wife’s birthday.

Pros
I like that this place is more like a small apartment and I can fix my own meals. I have a actual room, a place to sit and eat that's separate from sitting to watch TV. Enough room for 4 people comfortably to relax. There's a nice little fire place for cozy comfort.
The freezer doesn't seem to be working properly, my ice cream melted. The bed is very firm so not really easy to sleep on.
