Kleinigheidjes: een stopcontact bij het bed mist en verduisterende gordijnen zou fijn zijn, maar verder super!

Traditional property in centre
Pros:

Big rooms with high ceilings.
Old traditional style decor, with plaster coving and wood furniture. My room had many windows. Breakfast table was decorated well and had plenty to choose from. Location was town centre.

Nice hotel, good location
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Cons:

Many parts of the hotel are in need of renovation. Unfortunately, in our room the curtain was worn and stained, and the walls were scuffed and dirty in several places. In the bathroom, the enamel on the bathtub was chipped in multiple spots. The light in the hallway, where the wardrobe is, was not working. We reported this, but it was not fixed.
There is no 24/7 reception, even though this is stated on the website. The promised water and fruit were also not provided.

Great location - Poor customer service, so can't rate it. Large room.

The room itself was spacious, good location.

Cons:

Several issues;
First minor - no kettle/tea bags in room, only coffee machine fair enough.
Second, room phone called reception several times, no answer, went down to reception, asked for additional pillows as 1 each provided too thin/small. Stated 30-40mins will bring up. Waited an hour, no sign, called back, no answer, went to reception 2 different occasions and nobody to be seen. Called the hotel number from mobile and wow they answered, brought up within 2mins same person that spoke to initial.
Thirds and most infuriating - Breakfast room far too small, turned up, took our room number and let us see what they clearly knew, ALL seats taken, back handed comment from staff go wait in reception..no? Why should we go elsewhere when we know for a fact your wouldn't hold a table for next in line, nobody was managing it. No apologies or customer service stating for example "a table will be free in X time", just not interested. Asked for another location to sit, to another member of staff, not interested saying its full only. Waited additional 40 minutes with others waiting longer behind us for a table to become free, no much selection of food being refreshed, down to the basics. Very very poor, stop overbooking breakfast or manage it better for PAYING guests. Brought up at check out, Sorry its our fault. We know, and nothing refunded, no complementary.

Outside which is no control to hotel but perhaps better sound proofing, main road cobbles VERY noisey with cars speeding along at all hours, we were on first floor.

Schöne Unterkunft in einer tollen Stadt
Pros:

Es gab an der Unterkunft grundsätzlich nichts auszusetzen. Ausstattung und Lage sind sehr gut und das Personal immer sehr freundlich. Für den nächsten Vilnius-Besuch sicherlich wieder erste Wahl.

Cons:

Für unseren Geschmack hätte die Matratze etwas fester sein können, aber das ist Geschmackssache und letztlich hat es auch nicht wirklich gestört. Etwas mehr gestört hat die Bar im Erdgeschoss bzw. die Menschen, die sich davor auf der Straße unterhalten haben. Ansonsten ist die Gegend aber angenehm ruhig.
