Cons:

When I booked the hotel for four nights in Vilnius, breakfast is included in the booking via booking.com. However, when I check out, I was charged by the hotel staff for the breakfasts which I and my friend had in the four days, accounting for in total of 160 euros (20 euros per person per day). The hotel staff told me that in the system, my booking doesn’t not include breakfasts. I understand there could be some problems in the booking system, but I don’t think it is my responsibility to pay for the breakfast fees. Moreover, every morning, there was no hotel staff or signs in front of the breakfast hall to inform us that there would be breakfast fees for the breakfasts. No one reminded us our bookings does not include free breakfasts. In the end I paid for the breakfasts because we were in a hurry to get to the airport. I require a formal explanation and an apology for the case, and a full refund of my breakfast fees.

Very nice hotel. Good location, reasonable price. As a Genius level member we have a free breakfast option. Breakfast was very good and tasty. The room was comfortable, clean and silent. We enjoyed our stay 100%. Recommended!
