Sehr angenehme Unterkunft.
Pros:

Sehr großes Dreibettzimer, großer Balkon mit Bergblick. Nur 750 m bis zur Bushaltestelle zu laufen.

Cons:

Die Kopfkissen sind viel zu hart und rechteckig. Man schläft nicht gut darauf.

Price is cheap but don’t expect much. Just a village style home stay.
Pros:

Nearby have restaurant and market. Easy to access.

Cons:

Water pressure for shower too low and if long time open it will cut off need to wait for another 20min. Mattress spring out of quality and a bit hard to sleep.

Pros:

Lokasi strategik, sangat dekat dgn Pekan Kundasang & sekitarnya. Bilik view gunung sangat cantik. Ada salah faham sikit tentang bilik masa kami menginap tapi madam ownernya sangat baik dan membantu. House keeper juga sangat baik.

Cons:

Fasiliti pinggan mangkuk terhad, cawan juga tak sesuai kalau nak buat minuman panas. Water heater berfungsi dgn baik tapi brand China yg unfamiliar dan kena hati2 baca instructions kalau nak on

Charming room, with great views, just needs some refining.
Pros:

We liked the central location as it was close to the main square & also to the tourist attraction via short car journeys. The view was stunning from the bedroom window, very cool to wake up to & the room itself was a generous size & had a private balcony.

Cons:

The walls are very thin, so found it tough to get to sleep both nights as the guests upstairs were active during the night. Also the pillow was a sofa pillow, not a bed pillow.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view of Mt. Kinabalu.

We had a pleasant stay! The place was clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of Mt. Kinabalu. It’s very accessible from the main road, which made getting there super easy. Unfortunately, it was raining when we arrived, which made the check-in a bit less enjoyable — but once we settled in, everything was great. There's a nearby restaurant with tasty food and a cozy atmosphere. Overall, a nice and relaxing experience!

Pros:

The room was as pictured. Painted cute (inside), clean, warm water, fan... good view from back porch area
For us the location was fine as a stop over from Kota Kinabalu to Sandakan. Town had restaurants and grocery stores. There was a common kitchen area, but no refrigerator.

Cons:

Communication was difficult - little to no English. The rooms had no sound proofing - could hear every movement of the neighbors (especially above). The first day was very windy - came through window & door gaps. Had ocasional sewage smells when outside.
Kinda pricey for what you get.

One average option with amazing view.
Pros:

The place is well positioned in kundasang close to stores, (night) market, bank, and restaurant. The view of Mount Kinabalu and the valley is amazing. It has all the basic facilities described and it can be considered clean. The owner is open to help and advice.

Cons:

The construction is in dirty.side road surrounded by not clean neighborhood and messy houses. The house interior and forniture are very basic and built from scraps. In my opinion it is overpriced but this is the situation in all kundasang town.

Comfortable stay with am amazing view
Pros:

Great location in Kundasang and what a view from the private balcony!
Clean and spacious room, attached bathroom with hot water shower. Comfy bed, standing fan (we didn't need aircon but a blanket at night). Good wifi, parking in front of the property. Supermarket and restaurants withing walking distance. Overall, great value for money.
