The facilities are decent, considering the price. But the sound insulation is terrible.
I have never been so disappointed and furious with a hotel in my life.
The location is terrible, in a noisy, unpleasant neighborhood.
Neighbors played loud music until 2 AM, and we complained to the front desk twice—they promised to help but did nothing, even lied to us they would stop by 1AM. When we went a third time, they hid the bell and ignored us.
Police and tourism hotlines were unreachable.
We only slept about 4 hours before being woken by roosters at 6 AM.
This hotel completely failed to provide a quiet, livable environment. The staff are irresponsible, unhelpful, and dishonest. I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay here.
The property offers a good value for the price we Paid.
We stayed there for 3 nights and they didn’t even bother to clean the room once. And the hotel is located far from the main city.

It's just a new hotel but many things not full function. Boiling pot doesn't work, shower machine had water split out to its pot, bath tub pipe almost broken.
The price indicated in Booking is different from the actual payment required by the hotel, I have to pay more 50%
No breakfast provided properly I booked 3 rooms, 2 nights there. First day I told them that my books have to provide me breakfast then they ask me for 1hour for food 2nd day the same thing happened so I decided leaving in early morning
The hotel too close to villagers' houses children noises everyday

The hotel is located in the middle of the local houses. First time I encountered such. No walls between hotel and local house.

Imo the best place to stay when in Vang Vieng. If you want to be a bit further away from all the backpacking businesses but still close to the town center with all the restaurants, bike rental shops and travel agencies, and if you like clean, cozy rooms, then this is where you want to be. I can definitely recommend it.
The only downside was the speed of the WiFi. It was fast enough for browsing the internet but as soon as there were bigger loads of data, let alone videos, the WiFi was not fast enough. However, you can just use mobile data. Data plans (30GB per month) can be bought for just a few dollars.
