Failure maintain and clean by owner roon

Location very good

Cons:

Unit #1404 No was found toilet paper in roon, I requested to owner roon and hes not solved that problem. The window haven't blackout to cover sun in the morning.
About Roon bathroom sink cabinet with lots of dirty towels. the unit is not being well maintained
