Pros:

Camera confortevole e completamente indipendente. Parcheggio comodissimo proprio sotto la stanza. Angolo fumatori all'esterno.

Het complex was in aanbouw. Het was eigenlijk een bouwplaats. Er waren enkele kamers klaar. Die zagen er op zich netjes uit. Om het complex veel bouwafval.

Freundlicher Empfang zum abgemachten Zeitpunkt gute Instruktionen
Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber Klima und WLAN gut parken direkt am Haus im abgesperrten Hof

Cons:

Haus ist etwas am Rand im Industriegebiet und wegen Ferragosto kein Restaurant offen im Ort wir mussten ein Ewigkeit rumfahren bis wir etwas offenes gefunden haben da kann zwar der Vermieter nichts dafür nur so als information

Clean but the "work in progress"...
Pros:

The rooms were clean and new on the inside but, unfortunately, I was hosted during a period of renovation.

Cons:

The location is within the premises of an industrial area.
The outside was pretty messy due to the ongoing works, which is comprehensible.
Though I didnt knew this particular because it was not written anywhere in the website, nor in booking.
No reception and no one to call for emergencies.
The air conditioning was not working and it was pretty hot.
