We loved our stay in Japan and Keyakian Tokyo Nihonbashi made us feel very welcome.
The staff were amazing and accommodating, the room we stayed in was very spacious for the area and price (we had the family room). Many places have a compendium for guests with information related to the room but Keyakian had several display books of information in Japanese and English which was super helpful.
The room facilities were exceptional, we loved the Tatami, the cooking facilities, the shower room, and the washer/dryer along with so much more.
There was a language barrier but, with the use of translation tech (they had devices and I also used Google Translate) this was only a small hurdle and we were able to have conversation easily enough
I only wish we'd stayed longer
We really enjoyed the location—it was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. While the property isn’t new or fancy, it had everything we needed. Having two toilets and bathrooms was a big plus, and the bathtub was huge, which our kids absolutely loved.
The place did look a bit larger in the photos, but it was still comfortable and spacious enough for our group of six. The hosts were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a great option for families, and we would recommend it.

Very clean, the receptionist is very kind and helpful. Our toddler loved the process of setting up and puttngnaway the futon.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They let us leave our luggage after we checked out. The apartment was very comfortable, bathroom was spacious - there was a bath and a shower, futons were also comfortable and you could put them on the wardrobe for the day to have more room. There was also a kitchen, we didn't use it but it's a nice option to have just in case.

The room size is great for Tokyo and is so comfortable and homely. We enjoyed our time being in the room as we had everything we need - dining table, kitchenette, washer dryer (with detergent), bath tub. The staff at Keyakian were super lovely and accommodating although we had language barrier but we communicated via phone translation app. The hotel is in an area with an abundance of food options and feels safe and relaxed to walk and stroll around.
The rooms are not very soundproof and we can hear the movements from the unit upstairs. We were allocated the 2nd floor unit so if you are very sound sensitive, try to ask for the highest floor, not sure if that will help.
Emplacement pratique (station de métro & localisation dans Tokyo). Quartier animé. Nombreux restaurants & magasins. Logement très bien équipé.
