Clean and nice place in a great location
Pros:

The place is very clean, quiet and delivers what's promised a good value for money in a great central location with everything within reach

Cons:

The only thing it's missing is an Air-condition but i didn't need it this time

Excellent location, clean facility and quiet place to take rest.
Pros:

The name it self, very excellent location specially if you’re staying for few days.

Cons:

Stairs but it’s manageable, good for cardio

Pros:

I loved the location. It is excellent for a base. I liked how big the apartment was. I loved the bed. Comfortable lots of pillows. Communication was really good via WhatsApp. Instructions were easy to follow for check in. Also shared bathroom was fine.

Cons:

It was cold. I mean I had blankets on and was shivering in bed. While in the apartment had to keep my jacket on to stay warm and had to buy more clothes just to sleep. Also taking a shower was unpleasant stepping into the cold. The other thing is the blackout window. It's okay but make sure you set an alarm as once you go to sleep your room is pitch black. Small thing, fix the door handle. It's just metal sticking out and I cut my finger trying to get in apartment.

Franchement j' beaucoup aime il y a rien de mouvais toute proprie, la douche, le toilette, l' établissement ça se trouve ou centre ville de Lisbonne est bien localisé facil a trouve cest a proximité des toutes magasins, restaurants transport publique, estation et 2 estation de métro a côté estadio de rossio et l' estation de baixa chixiando coup de chapeau je conseille de ne pas hésiter cest vraiment du top

Comfortable accommodation in great location.
Pros:

I liked that I was staying on a house, not a hotel. The situation was great: restaurants literally at the doorstep and an easy walk to bus, station and attractions. Communication was prompt and friendly.

Amazing place to stay in the heart of Lisbon.
Pros:

Place is just as advertised. Very clean, everything is new and the location is unbeatable. Close to metro stations and various stores as well like Zara, etc…

電車も地下鉄もアクセスが抜群に良かったので観光にとても便利でした。共有部もよく手入れされていますし、オーナーはチャットでの質問に答えてくれました。向かい側にあるナタのお店や、隣のレストランも美味しく、食べ物に困りません。スーパーも近くにありました。

Cons:

シャワーの途中でお湯が出てこなくなってしまうこと、2人での滞在で鍵が1つしかないこと、洗濯機が壊れていることが不便でした。

4 floor walk up with no heat. Clean. Comfortable.

Very clean, comfortable bed

Cons:

There is no heat and there was no extra blanket, I was very cold at night. The window lets in no light because it’s painted black. It could have a curtain over it instead of painting it black which is really a cheap solution. It also is a fourth floor walk up, which was not mentioned in the listing.

Needs an adjustment to coop at night with all these issues
Pros:

Location of apartment

Cons:

Room nr1 is very small, on the backyard and has no storage. Windows are occulted (blackout) and when openned they let all restaurants food smells and noise come in and all their air con systems (While room is not equipped with its own air conditioning…!)
