上个月从虹桥机场走 所以找了附近的酒店住一晚 想着四星酒店应该还行 没想到工作人员非常冷漠

酒店门口有几个台阶 我带着两个大行李箱 完全没人来帮忙搭把手 只能先把一个搬上台阶放在酒店门口 在搬第二个的时候 因为力竭从楼梯上连人带箱子摔下去了 回头看了一眼前台 当时三个前台在没人需要服务的情况下没出来帮忙 只能自己站起来继续把箱子搬上台阶 办理入住的时候有质问 他们态度还是比较好的 有帮忙包扎升级房间还送果盘 第二天也帮忙拿箱子送我上车

本来想这件事情就这么算了 但已经过了整整四周 我还是无法运动 这真的很让人沮丧 因为我是个经常跑步的人 附上当时右腿的照片 可以看到腿的下方摔出血了 旁边直接肿起来了 膝盖也摔得乌漆麻黑

为此我需要每天涂瘀青膏祛疤膏 买过云南白药 咨询过丁香医生 （国外看病没那么方便）现在膝盖淤青好多了 出血点的结痂掉了 但不确定会不会留疤 肿胀的位置摸起来还是有点肿 主要是一跑步出血的地方就隐隐作痛 需要去拍片看看是否有骨裂 而且那么热的天 我不得不穿长裤来遮盖腿上的伤 真的对生活也造成了很多不便

Bad and expensive
Pros:

Nothing comparing with other Atour and the price expensive for that! No English at all in any of the staff. Super rude way of dealing with all passengers. 49 min in check in. Location …. Very out of town.

Breakfast poor comparing with other Atour. I was in Beijing and Guangzhou and Yiwu

Not great, not terrible
Pros:

Good location close to metro. The interior design is very sylish, great taste. The staff was easygoing and welcomed me with a cup of light tea.

Cons:

The room, especially the bathroom was showing signs of wear, it could do with a more thorough cleaning and some renovation. The staff of young people did not speak any english, but they managed with a translator app. The room window opened to a lichthof which had other windows and AC’s so it was only good for airation, and the noise from the AC’s was very disturbing. The window should be updated to have more sound insulation.
