Pros:

It was a great city view from the restaurant. Loved sitting by the pool.
Very attentive staff. I would like to point out Arbin Shrestha really helped me a great deal on my overall stay.

Cons:

I would not necessarily swim in the pool why many people are sitting around eating and watching me.

Great location & friendly staff
Pros:

The location is great - right on the edge of Thamel so you can easily reach the busy streets without being in the thick of it. The hotel is also directly opposite the peaceful Garden of Dreams. The room itself was really comfortable and spacious. I am coeliac and the hotel were great at catering for me each day at breakfast - shout out to servers Deviyani, Kabita & Bini and Chef Rajkurnar for bringing me breads and sweets - as well as with room service too.

Disappointing due to untrained staff. Fantastic pool/cleanliness/location.
Pros:

Positives - Facilities, pool, cleanliness, cookies in room, water bottles, location, friendly security guards (much more friendly than reception staff)

Cons:

Negatives - Expensive for what it is, breakfast choice very limited, staff need much more training in general, reception check in process was a disaster saying no availability of rooms pre check in time (when there were) and I was checking out at 3am (note this was rectified but damage was already done at start of holiday), reception check out process took way too long (over 30min with too much paperwork, needs to speed up), power cuts being stuck in lifts with staff forcing me to wait after to fill up lift after being stuck in it, water at breakfast with cucumber/oranges - just leave a glass bottle of water on each table, undercooked chicken at dinner and tried to charge me before I kicked up a fuss…the list continues!

Such a shame as property itself, pool, cleanliness is fantastic

Cons:

櫃檯接待人員服務態度很差，我們共訂了3間房間，但過了3點半還不能辦理入住，所以先了給一間房讓我們在這間房間休息，說約30分鐘會整理好再會通知我們，結果我們等了一個小時沒等到通知，下樓問櫃檯，櫃檯才說整理好了，但接待小姐服務很差，一臉不悅的樣子…..應該是我們不開心吧！我們足足晚了2小時才能進房間耶⋯⋯

Incredible stay in Barahi Khatmandu
Pros:

The hotel is amazing. Modern, spacious and location is very central in Thamel, walking distance. The breakast was incredible, fresh and variety of options. I did massages and facials everyday. it was so relaxing.

Bedroom was very comfortable.
