Smells great, very modern and rooms are really big. Bathroom is lovely and the bed is so comfy, we had a great view of the river!

Location
Price, location, staff
Broken toilet seat, being awoken at 5.30am by the bins directly below my allotted room being emptied.
River view, window that opens to give you fresh air, some comfy pillows.
Location was brilliant for the area, rooms great for what we need, staff very helpful
The car parking is a problem, ended up at parking off site which is great, rear of hotel could be used for more spaces
The hotel was in a great location. Not too far from things we wanted to do or see and far enough that the location was quiet when sleeping.
Staff on site were great making it easy to check in and out. We never opt to have our room cleaned as we like to see it as a home for the time we stay but the cleaning staff were around every morning and had done a great job in the room we stayed in on our arrival.
Carparking was a added bonus. Just tucked behind the hotel it felt safe and secure and value for money at £10 for 24hrs.

We stayed for 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The hotel was not expensive and the room was comfortable and quiet (once I had mastered how to silence the air con). We stayed in a King room and had complimentary items of tea, coffee, water, hot chocolate, Pepsi and KitKats. We also got a voucher for a complimentary coffee each day. There is a small car park, for which there is an extra charge. We were lucky to get parked there for both days, otherwise I reckon it would be quite stressful/ expensive using different car parks. Great location for exploring the Quayside.
The Duty Manager at reception was wonderful, extremely welcoming and managed our group booking with ease.
Our room was not clean there was a thick layer of dust around the edge of the room, the kettle was dirty and it was noisy too. I would have appreciated knowing in advance that we were going to be in a room that was on the first floor and over looked the street, there was noise all night, the window had to stay closed which meant the room became too warm very quickly. We also ate in the restaurant, this was a terrible experience. The food was awful, there was no taste at all, I was charged £14 for what looked like and tasted worse that a microwave meal, one of the pizzas wasn't cooked in the middle. We were unable to alert staff as there weren't any! and the restaurant was empty apart from us (understand why now) so disappointed and it has put me off returning to a Leonardo hotel in future.
Location, welcoming staff, extremely comfortable bed.
