Room was very old and worn the sofa is the room was incredibly stained I wouldn’t let my daughter even sit on it.
The bathroom unit was broken the front bit had fallen off?
Ideal location on the sage side of the quayside. Lovley and clean . Comfy bed. Great breakfast.

There was a very loud clock nearby that chimed and kept me from sleeping
Breakfast - could definitely improve - I stacked 3 dirty plates from the clean pile to one side and staff simply picked them up and put them back on the clean pile I removed them again leaving the dirtiest plate on top.

The breakfast was like a free for all with people taking more than their fair share of everything and stuffing it in their bags. I saw one woman take about 10 pastries and put them in her bag. The staff were lovely and coped very well with this circus.
