Great value for money
Pros:

This property was great value for money, with a relatively large room.

Staff were also very kind and accommodating when I needed a slightly later check-out.

It was ok for a night but wont be returning in a hurry.
Pros:

Staff were great and really helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom in room 447 was tired. Enamel on the bath had large chips which were unsightly. MIrror backing was coming off along the bottom edges. The ceiling above the bath looked awful with codensation type brown/staining marks. There was something stuck to the side of the wall next to the internal door frame which looked disgusting.
Breakfast was ok but the cooked area was not topped up quickly enough.
Staff were pleasant and worked hard but it felt like they were understaffed.
Location is not great if you want to walk to a restaurant for something to eat.

Pros:

Good location near Quayside. Great food options and breakfast options.

Cons:

Got woken up by Fire Alarm at 8am(no prior warning). When issued key card it didn't work and had to go back to main desk where I was issued a different room indicating a possibility of maybe being initially allocated a room which already had people staying in it.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Comfortable beds and friendly staff, clean bathroom.

Cons:

Remote control was filthy, some evidence of dust in room, quite basic not 4 star.
