コスパは良い部類のホテル
Pros:

部屋が広く見晴らしがよい。きわめて清潔感がある。ベッドも快適。スタッフが愛想がよい。安い。

Cons:

スタッフが常時フロントに座っていることが少ない。呼び出しが大変。また英語も日本語も通じない。
空調、テレビ、照明がすべて一つのコントローラーで操作できるのだが、ハングルで書いてあるため解読に
一苦労。スタッフに聞こうにも上記のように呼び出しが大変。説明書きを整備してほしい。

It’s good value for money, given the quality of room and facility, as well as simple breakfast is included.
Pros:

It’s very clean and location is perfect, as it’s located nearby the two bus terminals. Some good local restaurants in walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cosy stay in Jeonju a shot away from Hanok Village
Pros:

Room was spacious and very clean. The shower room was also very clean and the shwoer gel and shampoo were of excellent quality for my dry skin. There was also a boiler with instant coffee and a tea for a first morning wakeup. The Hotel is not that far away from Jeonju Hanok Village (3km approxitametely for 30 mins walk or a 5 minutes taxi ride). Around the hotel there are a few korean restaurants to choose from. Staff was friendly and very supportive though not properly English speaking.

Cons:

Breakfast can be improved. Otherwise everything was excellent. A map of the neighbourhood in English could also help in moving around restaurants for late comers.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel!
Pros:

The hotel staff was really polite and helped if we had any questions. Our room was clean and spacious, the beds were really comfortable. We really liked the hotel's rooftop, which had a view of the city.

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic and there was only one big towel in our room, even though the room was meant for three people. Otherwise we liked everything :)

Pros:

Staff was kind, the location is very convenient to bus terminal and find some good restaurants.

Cons:

They don’t make up the bed every day, so wired when you came back and saw the messy bed. It was first experience, felt so bad.
