Pros:

Everything was great! The place is spacious, clean, warm, right in the middle of the city! The lady who was taking care of us, talking to us on the phone, was super friendly and helpful.

Really stylish and cozy rooms with great location and outstanding staff. I did some mistakes while booking the rooms for my family and she stayed on the call with me for 15 minutes and was so kind and patient to figure it out with me. We also booked for a wrong night one room and she moved it to the right day without any charge (ofc based on availability). They let us park the car for longer on the check out day wich was a life saver being in the old town. Everything was so great. Also love the self check-in. Was super simple and convenient. They send all the information via email and you use the code. No need to carry a room key. Overall was really amazing experience.

Cons:

The only down side is that they don't accept dogs:( even small and we'll behaved ones. So be aware when booking.

Idealne miejsce na spokojny pobyt w Wilnie
Pros:

Wspaniała atmosfera i standard obsługi — takie poczucie spokoju i „dopieszczania gościa”. Pokój bardzo czysty i zaaranżowany w dobrym guście. Bardzo wygodne łóżko – duże, komfortowy materac, dzięki którym można się naprawdę dobrze wyspać. Darmowy parking to duży plus dla osób podróżujących samochodem.

Appartement correct mais nécessite des points d'amélioration
Pros:

L'appartement était propre et bien situé, en plein centre de la vieille ville, tout était accessible facilement à pied et de nombreux restaurants peuplaient le quartier. Un bon point était la présence d'un produit d'hygiène corps et cheveux dans la salle de bain et d'un sèche cheveux, nous avons également apprécié le thermostat.

Cons:

Les tiroirs de la salle de bain n'étaient pas nettoyés et franchement très sales, la chambre côté rue était exposée aux bruits et les oreillers étaient peu confortables (trop mous donc aucun soutien de la tête). Donc appartement correct mais peut mieux faire. Ça dépend de votre sensibilité au confort et au bruit, pour ma part je suis exigeante à ce sujet.
