Pros:

Hotel muito bom, tem recreadores que animaram bastante a hospedagem, funcionários do restaurante muito educados.
O único ponto fraco foi uma recepcionista chamada Ana que não tem preparo para atender o público.
A piscina térmica não aquecia e a funcionária não fez questão de pedir pra resolver e achei a mesma bem mal educada.
Fora isso, o restante foi muito agradável.

Cons:

Achei que a carga de lenha poderia ser melhor.
Uma lenha ruim que apagava rápido e muito pouca,.
Pelo valor poderia ter uma carga o suficiente pra aquecer por mais mais tempo.

Todos os funcionários do hotel foram extremamente prestativos e atenciosos. Destaco em especial o guia Anderson, que nos acompanhou nos passeios e tornou a experiência ainda melhor, sempre explicando tudo com muito bom humor e cuidado com minha esposa e filhos.
A recreação foi excelente e, sem dúvida, a parte que minha filha mais aproveitou durante a estadia.
A comida é de ótima qualidade; apenas em alguns dias senti falta de uma maior variedade no cardápio, mas nada que comprometa a experiência geral.
