Room was big, spacious.. linen were kept proper, cleanliness was good
The reception guy was not at all helpful... they could not give a solution to anything we asked. Severe language barrier, even with Google translate. If not for the staff it was an OK experience

Amazing design, super clean, very nice and clean swimming pool. Staff was friendly and the restaurant is right next door. Great view and we got free room upgrade with bigger windows!
No breakfast option, bar was closed and not the best mattresses, my husband's back was really sore because of that
The room looked really beautiful like
Japandi style. It was near Hon Chon beach away from the touristy crowd at the beach. There wil still lots of great food and cafes nearby. Most of the staff spoke good English and even those that did not went out of their way to help me book my bus and made sure I had a safe trip back to Saigon.
However, the aircon is not really cooling and the property was a little old.
like most hotels after covid, struggling to get customers to return. lack of maintenance after 2 years, amenities are no longer part of the experience, to be expected i guess? fitness center is run down so cannot even do a normal workout, spa is closed, very limited service.
