جميل ومرتب وقريب يفي بالغرض
Pros:

طيبة الموظفين في جميع الأقسام. قريب من المستشفى الأمريكي سيرا على الأقدام 5 دقائق قريب جدا من شارع العرب حيث الصرافين ومحلات الانترنت والهدايا والمطاعم العربيه إضافة إلى وجود الكثير من العوائل الخليجية

ضعف تنوع الإفطار والحواجز بين الغرف لا تكفي لعزل الصوت. كذا مرة استيقظ ليلا بأصوات النزلاء الخليجيين في الممر أصواتهم عاليه. البهو غير جذاب للنزول والجلوس فيه يمكن بسبب وجوده في الدور الخامس

We didn’t end up staying. It smelt bad and we only got an 50% refund even tho we were advised to book at reception through booking.com

من الفنادق المميزة
Pros:

تعامل راقي من جميع العاملين. وادب وتواضع. موقع الفندق سيرا على الأقدام إلى مستشفى بوم جراد العالمي الشهير مسافه 5 دقائق مشي دون وجود قطع لشارع أو انتقال إلى مكان آخر إضافة إلى وجود بقالة 7 11 الممتازة

جدران الغرف لا تعزل الصوت بإمكانك الاستمتاع بسماع انواع الأفلام من الغرف المجاورة كذلك اللوبي لايوجد به شي يجعلك تنزل وتجلس وتستمتع بالجلوس فيه. وللأسف لم اصور للفندق

لا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق مطلقاً فهو لا يستحق التجربة، وأول وأهم سبب هو التعامل السيء جداً والكاذب من المدير المشرف (Jack) الذي ادّعى أن الفندق مكتمل العدد ليرفض طلبنا بتمديد الخروج لمدة ساعتين فقط بينما كانت الغرف متاحة للحجز عبر منصة بوكينج. ويرجى العلم بأننا رأينا صرصوراً في بوفيه الإفطار وهذا غير مقبول أبداً، ومستوى الإفطار كان سيئاً ولم يعجبنا. ورغم أن الغرف لا بأس بها، إلا أن الحمام كان سيئاً وقديماً. علماً بأن مسبح الفندق سيء للغاية، وأيضاً لا يوجد مدخل مناسب للفندق من الشارع حيث يتوجب صعود درج صعب ومجهد وغير مناسب بتاتاً لكبار السن وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel as it is completely not worth it, mainly due to the extremely bad and dishonest attitude of the supervisor (Jack), who claimed the hotel was fully booked to deny our request for a simple two-hour late check-out when rooms were clearly available on Booking.com. Please note that we saw a cockroach in the breakfast buffet, which is completely unacceptable, and the breakfast quality was bad and we did not like it. Although the rooms were decent enough, the bathroom was bad and old. Also, please note that the hotel's swimming pool was terrible, and there is no proper entrance to the hotel from the street, requiring you to climb a steep and difficult staircase that is totally unsuitable for the elderly and people with special needs.
