De kamer en badkamer ruim en het bed heerlijk. Prima laundry service. Personeel prima.

Cons:

Het ontbijt toch wel een beetje. Voor westerlingen was er minimaal aanbod, voor Midden-Oosten voldoende. Een ander nadeel toch wel de ligging van het hotel.

Ok for a short stay .
Pros:

Pleasant, friendly , helpful and polite staff .
A good breakfast with plenty of selection available .

Cons:

Noisy bedroom,
with what appears to be banging on pipes , machinery noises at 04.00 every night /morning ( unsure if it was lifts, air conditioning or washing/drying machines ) .

Hotel is located in an area with numerous Arabic cafes/restaurants,
there are no traditional Thai bars/restaurants in the immediate vicinity, you have to walk 10 minutes or so for those .

Hotel bar is only bottled beer , no draught beer.

Hotel WiFi only appears to work in the communal areas, lobby/reception etc , not in the bedroom.

No nightly entertainment as advertised .

I'll stay here again if the Front Desk Manager's attitude improves; everything else was satisfactory
Pros:

The Location close to Bumrungrad Hospital, the room size is perfect and cleanliness is very good. The Bell boy, housekeeping staff and the Restaurant staff are very friendly and welcoming

Cons:

The front desk manager is not professional or helpful when interacting with guests. She often responds rudely and negatively, does not provide justified answers to inquiries, and seems indifferent to guest dissatisfaction. I will only stay at this hotel again if I notice improvements in the behavior and attitude of the Front Desk Manager. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, and I am very satisfied with everything else
