Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt, sehr freundliches Personal (Rezeption, Spa,Buffet), Zimmer riesengroß und sehr sauber, Essen sehr geschmackvoll , und ganz toll die Instandhaltung bzw. die Sanierung(z.B der Speisesaal oder das zusätzliche Bad im Freien. TOP !!!!

Link für Online-Check-In/Out funktionierte nicht - es sind Gebühren für Checkin vor Ort/Rezeption angefallen. Sauna hätte bei dem Preis inkludiert sein können, schlechter Kaffee, Kinderspielecke gehört gewartet - einiges an Spielzeug und Mobiliar zu reparieren...Wasserhahn im Badezimmer lässt sich nicht ganz aufdrehen, da Hebel bei Wand ansteht

Ljubaznost i profesionalnost djelatnika na recepciji koji su bili izuzetno susretljivi i spremni pomoći u svakom trenutku. Pogled iz hotelske sobe bio je prekrasan, a sama soba uredna, prostrana i vrlo udobna. Također, sadržaj sauna bio je raznolik i kvalitetan, što je dodatno doprinijelo opuštanju i uživanju tijekom boravka. Doručak je bio izuzetno bogat i raznovrstan, s velikim izborom jela i pića, tako da svatko može pronaći nešto za sebe.

Cons:

Jedina zamjerka odnosi se na kupaonicu u hotelskoj sobi. Iako je bila čista i uredna, osjećao se neugodan miris po urinu koji je, čini se, dolazio iz instalacija ili odvoda. Osim toga, boravak je bio vrlo ugodan i rado bih ponovno posjetili hotel Vivat.
