Excelente todo

Excelente ubicación y muy amable el personal

Hace falta el elevador aunque ellos nos comentaron de la falla aun asi es necesario que lo habiliten

Very nice hotel but very warm.

Comfortable bed.

The room had no AC. Room got hot during the day. The had a fan in the room.
After bringing attention to the staff, he said the AC unit was broke.

Great place to stay with a few improvements.
Pros:

Very clean room. Staff was very friendly & helpful! Breakfast was delicious & always fresh. Great location!!

Cons:

The elevator was not working, had to walk up & down 2 flight of stairs every time we left & returned. No heater in room, cold nights. Was not made aware of portable heaters avail for use until last night.
