Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut!
Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist deutlich sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal am Empfang war unfreundlich und uneinsichtig.

Ideal um Bad Kissingen zu besuchen
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Zentrum und unweit der Kurkliniken. Die Sauna und das Schwimmbad sind spitze. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem ok. Die Dusche benötigt einen neuen Duschkopf, da kaum Wasser ankommt. Die Zimmer sollten besser gereinigt werden. An Türen und Schränken waren noch die Hände der Vorgänger zu sehen.

Pros:

Der Empfang war freundlich. Das Hotel war sehr schön für Ostern dekoriert. Prinzipiell war das Zimmer sauber, aber leider extrem muffig.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wies einen deutlich muffigen Geruch auf und zeigte sichtbare Schimmelspuren an mehreren Stellen an Wand und Decke. Ein längerer Aufenthalt im Zimmer war kaum möglich, ohne alle 2–3 Stunden intensiv zu lüften.
Da wir bei Ankunft aufgrund eines Folgetermins nur kurz unsere Koffer abgestellt haben, ist uns das Ausmaß zunächst nicht vollständig aufgefallen. Erst am späten Abend wurde deutlich, wie stark die Luftqualität beeinträchtigt war.
Beim Check-out wurde zudem nicht einmal nach unserem Aufenthalt gefragt. Das Verhalten an der Rezeption wirkte insgesamt unaufmerksam und wenig professionell.

Sehr gute Lage und schöne Zimmer. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Uns hat die Nähe zum Zentrum gefallen.
Ausserdem hatten wir 2 Zimmer, einen Schlafraum und ein Wohnzimmer.
Das fand ich sehr angenehm.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Wenn man ins Dampfbad wollte, musste man es erst an der Rezeption sagen.
Das wusste ich nicht und am ersten Tag war es dadurch nicht in Betrieb.
Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Fernseher, haben es zweimal beanstandet, aber keine Hilfe bekommen.
