את החדר

Cons:

סגרנו את המלון ליומיים, לצערנו ביום הראשון קצת אחרי הצ׳ק אין נאלצנו לעזוב את המלון עקב אירוע רפואי של בן משפחה במרכז.
עדיין שילמנו מחיר מלא על היומיים.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.
I had made a reservation at Akoya Hotel in Eilat, but when I arrived with my family after a long journey, I was shocked to discover that the hotel had changed my reservation to a completely different room without contacting me or asking for my approval.
The replacement room was significantly different from what I had originally booked and did not provide the facilities or standards I was specifically looking for in a weekend vacation.
What made the situation even worse was that this was a special birthday trip for me personally. My wife is also pregnant, so after a long journey, arriving in Eilat and discovering that our reservation had been changed without any prior notice put us in a very difficult situation.
When I refused the alternative room, the management unfortunately told me that there was no other solution. Since it was Friday and the weekend had already started, almost all the other hotels were fully booked. I was therefore forced to cancel my reservation and spend a long time searching for another hotel while traveling with my family.
This completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation and turned my birthday trip into a very stressful and disappointing experience.
Changing a guest's confirmed reservation without informing them or obtaining their approval is, in my opinion, completely unacceptable—especially when the replacement is substantially different from what was originally booked.
I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this complaint seriously, because this is not the level of service or consideration I would expect from a hotel.

מלון טעון שיפור

חדר מרווח ונחמד,מיזוג אוויר מצוין,ארוחת בוקר ביום שבת היתה סבירה,בקבוקי מים בחדר

אין מספיק חניה במלון,הניקוז במקלחת לא תקין ,ארוחת ערב במגוון דל,הכספת בחדר לא היתה תקינה וגם לא תוקנה למרות שביקשנו,מכונת האספרסו בחדר לא היתה תקינה
