הצוות בקבלה היה מקצועי, אדיב ומאיר פנים. הסוויטה היתה מרווחת, נקיה ונעימה עם מרפסת הפונה לים. ארוחת הבוקר היתה טעימה, מגוונת ובשפע והצוות היה אדיב.

מיקום מצויין ביחס למלונות אחרים אפשר להגיע ברגל לטיילת, קניון וים. ארוחת בוקר טעימה, צוות המלון שירותי ונעים, חדרים מרווחים. שמעו לתלונות שלנו והחליפו לנו לחדר משודרג מאוד מהר.

Cons:

חניה על בסיס מקום פנוי, חניון צפוף ולא ממש נוח, חדר האוכל לא כל כך נגיש, יחסית צפוף גם לכמות אנשים קטנה וזה עוד לא בעונה. החדר היה סך הכל נקי אבל רצפה מלוכלכת. הייתי צריך לבקש 4 פעמים שיביאו לנו מגבות עד שזה קרה. לא סידרו או ניקו לנו את החדר אחרי כל לילה.
