Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, d.h. kein Luxus, aber auch sehr nette Betreuung

Basics, d.h. kein Frühstück, keinerlei Chichi, sehr gute Lage in der Hauptgasse, aber logischerweise an einem sehr lauen Sommerabend auch entsprechend Betrieb nachts

Pros:

Die Lage war top, das Zimmer sehr gross und sauber. Der Empfang war überaus freundlich, wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Da an diesem Wochenende das Stadtfest stattfand, war die Nacht eher unruhig.

Cons:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, es fehlte an nichts. Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Très contentes des deux nuits passées dans cet établissement.
Pros:

Je suis arrivée, un soir de pluie, avec ma mère âgée qui se déplace en déambulateur. En arrivant, j'ai réalisé qu'il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur et que la chambre était au 4ème. Le propriétaire a, très gentiment, cherché une solution alors qu'il était en plein service et qu'il y avait beaucoup de monde. Il nous a trouvé une chambre plus adaptée, prenant à sa charge la différence de prix. La chambre était grande, très agréable, soignée, avec une belle salle de bain. Les lit étaient confortables. Nous étions enchantées.

Der Ausflug.nach Murten war schön, wenn da nicht die schlaflose Nacht gewesen wäre.

Accueil parfait mais cachant des manques.
Pros:

L'affabilité du personnel d'accueil, prévenant et attentif à nos besoins. La situation au cœur de ce village magnifique. Le calme de la chambre.

Cons:

La propreté à améliorer : crasses (anciennes) au-dessus de l'armoire de toilette: le nettoyage n'a pas dû être effectué depuis un certain temps. Le panneau protégeant la lumière de l'armoire de toilette mal attaché et branlant. Personne à 8 heures du matin pour nous indiquer le lieu extérieur où était servi le petit déjeuner, le petit-déjeuner n'étant pas servi dans l'hôtel: il a fallu qu'on demande à plusieurs personnes extérieures à l'hôtel .

Nett und guter Service, grosses Zimmer
Pros:

Ein grosses Zimmer mit Ausblick ins Städtli. Nettes Personal und guter Service.
Leider kein Morgenessen im Preis dabei, wäre aber mit Aufpreis zu haben gewesen.
TV und genug Platz im Zimmer.

Cons:

Zimmer im dritten Stock nur über Treppen erreichbar. Fehlender Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Le personnel est super accueillant, bienveillant! L’hôtel est super bien situé.

Cons:

Notre chambre était en hauteur sous le toit, alors il faisait super chaud. Nous avions uniquement un seul ventilateur. La nuit nous avons eu super chaud.
