⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Family Stay at Heidelberg Crown Hotel
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Heidelberg Crown Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely atmosphere that made us feel right at home. What stood out the most was how welcoming everyone was towards our children. Our boys absolutely loved their stay and were made to feel just as special as the adults.

The service was truly exceptional, and it is clear that the staff take great pride in ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Every interaction was pleasant, professional, and genuine.

Thank you to the entire Heidelberg Crown Hotel team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to families looking for excellent service, a friendly environment, and a comfortable stay.

Pros:

The electric blanket was a life saver as the room was very cold.

Cons:

When you shower the water sprays the whole bathroom floor completely wet which makes you slip. The room size is very small and basically a overnight room and not comfortable for more than 1 night and 2 people will be very squashed especially if it's for more than 1 night. We could not access the parking area or hotel when we returned late the 1 and could not sleep there. There was no answer when we called and apparently the security guard was in the toilet the whole time we waited outside.

A warm, comfortable, and enjoyable stay with friendly staff, great food, and a very convenient locat
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at The Crown Hotel. The lady at reception was very welcoming and helpful, and she even upgraded us to a better room. The room was spacious, warm, and comfortable, with a big bed, heated blanket, extra blanket, smart TV, and a small kitchenette, which was a nice bonus. The water was hot and worked perfectly.

The hotel is in a convenient location, in the CBD, which made it easy for us to travel to where we needed to go. The restaurant was functional and the food was amazing. Breakfast had a good variety, and everything was well-prepared not undercooked or overcooked. The eating area was also warm, with heaters, and the staff were friendly and always smiling. The area felt safe and peaceful, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The only thing I would improve is the parking. Because the restaurant also receives outside customers, hotel guests park in the same open parking area as restaurant visitors. Although the area felt safe and there was security, I would have preferred dedicated guest parking, ideally covered, so guests can feel more comfortable knowing their cars are protected, especially when it rains.

I would definitely stay here again, the room has been upgraded and looks very smart.
Pros:

The restaurant downstairs was exceptional, offering great value at a very competitive price. Breakfast upstairs was good. The warm electric blanket was a blessing—it was cold in Heidelberg. Facilities were well done up.

Cons:

I think an air conditioner would be nice to have, especially in summer. Our room was road-facing and so was a bit noisy up until 10.30.

Fully enjoyed.
Pros:

We have enjoyed the breakfast fully and our request for takeaway was accepted. The hotel was near our church, workers were friendly and helping us fully. We are missing Aus Precious a lot, hoping to see you again soon.
