Bizim Hotel

O Hotel é francamente básico e velho!
Em Portugal não poderia ser classificado com mais do que 1 estrela!
Tem móveis partidos, lâmpadas fundidas, cortinados rasgados.
A entrada é quase miserável (sem espaço nem condições para estar) e os quartos e WC são minúsculos e mal estruturados.

Als wir eingecheckt haben, habe ich mir direkt das Zimmer angeschaut. Dabei ist mir sofort aufgefallen, dass das Badezimmer und die Toilette überhaupt nicht gereinigt waren. Ich bin daraufhin direkt zur Rezeption gegangen und habe das gemeldet. Dort wurde mir gesagt, dass der Manager nicht da sei, aber sich am nächsten Tag darum gekümmert wird.

Am nächsten Tag, als wir ins Hotel zurückkamen, wurde das Bad zwar gereinigt. Allerdings wurde es in den darauffolgenden drei Tagen überhaupt nicht mehr sauber gemacht. Es wurden lediglich die Handtücher gewechselt und das Bett gemacht.

Ein weiterer Punkt ist das Frühstück: Die Auswahl war leider sehr begrenzt und insgesamt nichts Besonderes.

Außerdem war das Bett für zwei Personen sehr klein und dadurch wenig komfortabel.

Non ci sono cose che non ci sono piaciute ma solo preferenze che variano da persona a persona. Ad esempio io avrei preferito dei cuscini più bassi ma tutto sommato ho dormito comunque davvero bene

Very disappointing experience. The hotel does not match its description at all.
We made a reservation through Booking for three people and specifically booked a room with one double bed and one single bed. Upon arrival, we were given two single beds and one metal folding bed, which is completely unsuitable for an adult. Their excuse was that we had booked the wrong room, which is not true – we clearly proved this to them. Despite that, they refused to resolve the issue without charging extra and instead offered us a proper room only with an additional payment, which is unacceptable. This gives the impression that they do this on purpose.
The cleanliness of the hotel is at a very low level. The room was not properly cleaned – it seems they don’t use a vacuum cleaner or even mop the floors.
The most concerning issue is that we have strong reasons to believe that the staff opened our suitcases. One T-shirt went missing from one of the bags, which is completely unacceptable and very serious.
We have been traveling to Istanbul for 10 years and have never experienced anything like this. We will definitely never return to this hotel.

Die zimmer waren leider sehr klein. Auch sind die Fenster nicht ganz dicht, sodass viel Lärm von außen in das Zimmer gelangt.

Cleaning of toilet was not done properly

Le foto del sito non sono realistiche. Le camere sono piccole e il bagno non era molto pulito: c’erano capelli in doccia e mancava lo scopino. Inoltre un giorno si sono dimenticati di pulire la stanza e ci hanno dato le lenzuola per rifarci il letto noi. Colazione molto essenziale, praticamente nessuna opzione dolce se non per una marmellata alla rosa

En nuestro caso dos adultos y un niño la habitación doble con camas supletoria es muy muy agobiante y pequeña y el baño es súper pequeño por todo lo demás está aceptable. Nunca he estado en una habitación tan agobiante y el baño más pequeño imposible.

The room was too small for 2 and a kid . We had no space for the clothes. The breakfast need improvement.

Aggiungerei qualche variante alla colazione (del semplice pane tostato, uova strapazzate, pancake, ecc.). Inoltre, la manutenzione dello stabile richiede un po' di attenzione in più.
