Cons:

O quarto não corresponde às fotos divulgadas, fomos colocadas num quarto que era ocupado pela equipe de trabalho, no primeiro dia. No último dia, ficamos para fora, mais de meia noite porque não tinha ninguém na recepção com um bilhete de volto logo. Além disso, o local é extremamente barulhento. Não tem frutas no café da manhã. Além de ser num local bem barulhento. Não recomendo.

Pyszne śniadania i świetna lokalizacja.Przyjazny personel.

Cons:

Dostaliśmy pokój na parterze, tuż pod naszym pokojem był stolik przy którym palono papierosy. Cały dym i zapach wpadał do pokoju.

Boa localização, funcionários simpáticos. Camas confortáveis e cheirosas.

Cons:

Quartos pouco isolados, ouvia se o barulho dos outros quartos e da rua. Pequeno almoço sem muita variedade. Reservei um quarto de 3 camas para 3 pessoas e na primeira noite atribuíram um quarto duplo.

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Ugur was exceptional in his attitude and professionalism, always kind and willing to help. Bilal was also very attentive and always there to respond to our needs, as were Yavuz and Brahim.

Oya and her colleague who cleaned the room for my brother and nephews were very kind and did an excellent job keeping our rooms clean and tidy every day.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay thanks to the wonderful and attentive staff. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable!

Cons:

The room I was accomodated in was clearly not the one I booked. The room they gave me had a very small window with almost no ventilation. When I asked the reception about it, they said they didn´t have any other vacant room, so there was nothing they could do, so I asked for the cancelation and left the hotel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, und auch das Frühstück war hervorragend.

Cons:

Leider entsprachen die gezeigten Bilder nicht der Realität. Zudem gab es eine seltsame Situation: Hotelmitarbeiter betraten das Zimmer immer wieder, obwohl es bereits gereinigt war und wir uns nicht darin aufhielten – ich weiß nicht, warum.

Buon hotel
Pros:

Posizione eccelente a 10 minuti a piedi dal quartiere di sultanamet e vicinissima ad un Mc Donald.Letti comodi. Pulizia quotidiana. Acqua gratis. Personale gentile e disponibile ( abbiamo avuto un problema con aria condizionata che nn funzionava e il giorno dopo ci hanno cambiato stanza).

Cons:

Colazione nella media con poca variabilità nelle scelte sia dolci che salate con tante salse tipiche che però sono difficili da consumare perché non è nostra abitudine.
Si sente la moschea alle 5.30 di mattina.
