Good location, hospitable staff, local breakfast
Pros:

The hotel has really good location, the main tourist attractions and good restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The hotel staff is polite and hospitable (and also late check-out were available that helped us). Great breakfast is served here with local foods.

Πάρα πολύ πρόθυμο προσωπικό για τα πάντα...μας σκλάβωσαν.....δεν προλαβαίναμε να ζητήσουμε κάτι μας τό φέρναν.....τοποθεσία ιδανική όλα είναι δίπλα Με τα πόδια Κ σέ μέσα μεταφοράς... τό πρωινό παρόλο που ΔΕν ήταν μεγάλο είχε ποικιλία Κ τό πιο σημαντικό τό ανανέωναν συνεχώς όλη τήν ώρα ... πράγμα σπάνιο.... όλα κοντά Με τα πόδια....25 λεπτά έως τή γέφυρα τού γαλατά...5 λεπτά από τό τσαπαλι παζάρι...10 λεπτά από τό αιγυπτιακό παζάρι Κ γύρω του άπειρα μαγαζάκια για ψώνια....10 λεπτά από μπλέ τζαμί Κ αγ.σοφια....το τραμ δίπλα τού σέ 3 λεπτά σέ πάει και στην απέναντι πλευρά τού Βοσπόρου.... όλοι ήταν Με χαμόγελο Κ τεράστια υπομονή... οποίος γράψει αρνητικά σχόλια είναι άδικος... οτιδήποτε ΔΕν σάς αρέσει απλά πείτε τό στο προσωπικό

The hotel is very close to tram station and very close to the most important places to visit.
They cleaned the room every day and change the towels. The breakfast was very good to start your day with energy.

Great location and the most amazing staff, for a very decent price.
Pros:

The friendliest and most attentive staff at a fantastic location vis-à-vis the old town. The room was great in terms of price-quality relation.

Cons:

The pillows were rather uncomfortable and the toilet brush was broken and did not get replaced despite a request.

I stayed at Bizim Hotel in Turkey. The rooms are quite small, but very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable. What really makes this place special is the staff — they are friendly, professional, and always ready to help.

A special thank you to Murat and Ibrahim, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their kindness, positive attitude, and excellent service truly stand out.

If you’re looking for a clean, honest hotel with a warm atmosphere and outstanding staff, this is definitely a great choice. I would gladly stay here again.
