Great communication by the host that was waiting to welcome us.

Right in the old town, perfect for exploring it but also very easy walk to the cental pedestrian street and gardens.

Sten, the owner, is incredibly kind and welcoming. He contacted us on the morning of our arrival to ask what time we would be arriving and whether we needed a parking space to be reserved. As soon as we arrived, he warmly welcomed us, showed us our room, and carefully explained everything about the keys and the property.

The room was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. We also really enjoyed having the chance to try a traditional Bulgarian breakfast for the first time: their homemade banitsa served with yogurt was delicious!
We especially appreciated that they also offer cappuccino with plant-based milk (almond milk).

The location is wonderful, right in the Old Town, which makes the atmosphere even more special. From the very beginning, we felt better than home and genuinely welcomed. The kindness and hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable.

We found Pulpudeva Family Hotel completely by chance, and it became one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel looks like something straight out of a postcard. Nestled in the beautiful Old Town of Plovdiv, it's surrounded by history, charming cobblestone streets, and countless places to explore. The location, just a few walking minutes to the center, is simply perfect.
The hotel has been beautifully renovated, blending modern comfort with the authentic character of the historic building. Every detail has clearly been created with love, care, and impeccable taste. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care.
What truly sets this place apart is the hospitality. We travel frequently, both for business and leisure, and I can honestly say this was the warmest and most genuine service we've experienced in years. The hosts don't just welcome guests, they make you feel at home. One small gesture says it all: while I needed to catch up on some work, the host offered to either bring my beer to my room or let me comfortably work from the restaurant where was really nice, cold (in the summer) and cozy. That level of personal attention is incredibly rare.

Great place, kind and nice hosts, Stan was always there to assist and help in every way, it was clean and all our needs were met. I would go again!

Страхотно отношение, прекрасно място! Закуската беше вкусна и домашно приготвена. Чисто, подредено и прекрасно изглеждащо място в сърцето на центъра. Ако ще идвам в Пловдив отново бих оставала само тук. Всичко е прекрасно!

Χαριτωμένο, αρχοντικό και φρέσκο κατάλυμμα. Στην πραγματικότητα είχε μόλις ανακαινιστεί και ήταν όλα ολοκαίνουργια και πεντακάθαρα. Σε όμορφη τοποθεσία στην παλιά πόλη μέσα στα γραφικά στενάκια. Υπέροχη φιλοξενία από τον νέο ιδιοκτήτη. Θα ξαναπάμε και θα το συστήσουμε σε φίλους.

Traditional maison is well adobted to a small scale hotel. The location was good, at the skirts of old town. Management was very helpfull.
