The hotel has a beautiful view of the landscape / mountains around. We had a nice spacious room and additional bed for our child. Friendly reception.
The hotel location is a bit remote, not somewhere you can walk around.

Everything. We had a wonderful stay. We needed some downtime and this was the perfect place for that. Transport between the hotel and Puerto Natales wasn't an issue. We used pre-booked taxis and Uber - all were great. The restaurant was fabulous. We always ordered too much food because it was all delicious and we couldn't resist! Breakfast was A.Mazing!! We used the lunch box option for a tour and again, couldn't fault it. Thank you all so much!! Our four night stay was fantastic.
Not much. It would have been nice to have a couple of comfortable chairs in the room to sit and enjoy the view while reading, or just relaxing.
Beautiful views from the room, Paula in reception was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations. Property is very clean, room is spacious. Breakfast was nice.
You would definitely need a car to stay here - it is a good bit out of town. Some of the staff came across as rude, playing loud music on their phones in the restaurant area.

Neat place, beautiful view from room, comfortable room
Room was good, property could use some sprucing up. But it was comfortable and clean. It is not walkable to Puerto Natales.

Restaurant service and bar service in evenings. The staff is not interested in serving, they are just hanging around and clearly don’t care about you
Breakfast cook and server were ok, lady at reception who emailed me was very nice and kind - quite expensive for what it is - oh and coffee appears to be instant- not good!
