Séjour unique avec un personnel aux petits soins
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et agréable avec une très belle vue. Petit déjeuner complet et fait maison !

I would definitely stay at Hacienda Dorotea in a future visit

Pros:

Neat place, beautiful view from room, comfortable room

Cons:

Room was good, property could use some sprucing up. But it was comfortable and clean. It is not walkable to Puerto Natales.

Great spot for peace and quiet with lovely views.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean with excellent views.
Loved the coffee machine at reception.
Having access to hot water for tea and coffee in your room was also a bonus.
Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

We had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was rather disappointing.
Breakfast was okay , but not great.

Nice property, service staff in restaurant awful
Pros:

Design, the museum, great location and beautiful views

Cons:

Restaurant service and bar service in evenings. The staff is not interested in serving, they are just hanging around and clearly don’t care about you
Breakfast cook and server were ok, lady at reception who emailed me was very nice and kind - quite expensive for what it is - oh and coffee appears to be instant- not good!

Pros:

Hotel estilo fazenda muito charmoso e integrado à paisagem. Fica um pouco distante do centro de Natales, mas não é difícil pegar uber ou taxi. Se você contratar passeios eles te pegam no hotel sem problemas. Os quartos me surpreenderam, são grandes, bem decorados, modernos e confortáveis. Banheiro amplo. O café da manhã é muito simpático com ovos feitos na hora e crepes. Destaque para a equipe da recepção que é muito gentil e prestativa, nos ajudaram com indicação de transferes e passeios o que facilitou muito nossa estadia. Adorei a experiência.

Cons:

Como fomos no verão entra claridade no quarto, o que é bem comum em hotéis.

Beautiful and relaxing stay
Pros:

The location is just outside the city, the big and cozy room, the amazing view from the window, the calm atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff, the fresh bakeries and bread every morning, on demand cooked eggs, good pressure in the shower which was appreciated after all day hiking

Cons:

Coffee and orange juice were not up to our European standards

Stay somewhere else in Puerto Natales
Pros:

The bed was nice and comfortable the view from the room was nice and the room design was good but very uncomfortable sitting area

Cons:

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere out of town in an ugly run down area. The rooms are nice but not at all comfortable: there is ample space in the rooms to put a couch etc whereas they only have a table and 2 very uncomfortable seats. Hotel staff do not understand English especially the cook at breakfast is very aggressive and really inappropriate! She refuses to cook eggs 10 minutes to closing time. This is a very unprofessionally run hotel in an ugly place. They are much too expensive for what they offer!

It’s a nice hotel with great service and friendly staff. The restaurant was very good (we had good dinner and breakfast).

Maravilhoso!!
Pros:

Quarto mais bonito pessoalmente do que nas fotos. Ficamos horas observando a vista pela janela enorme. Staff foi o mais simpático de toda nossa viagem pelo Chile. Muito confortável.

Cons:

Senti falta de uma chaleira elétrica no quarto e uma poltrona cadeira mais confortável para ficar admitirando a vista.
