The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The property is very clean, pretty, and updates. Since it sits behind another building, it surprised us because we weren’t expecting such a pretty building.

Cons:

It took the water a little while to warm up in the shower and the sink had a lot of water pressure when you turn it on. But you get used to it.

La ubicación, el tamaño de la habitación, la limpieza, el trato amable.

Cons:

Que hasta la fecha no hayan arreglado el jacuzzi, que no exista variedad en la comida y la relación de precio-comida, hay que bajarle conforme a lo que dan.

Spacious rooms in a convenient location.
Pros:

Very clean and spacious hotel. Kind staff. It was so nice to be able to spread out in our room. I liked the location. Just a little off the main street and tucked in a little. Easy walk, Uber, or tuk tuk options!

Pros:

Clean and large rooms with friendly desk staff - they even surprised guests with a fruit plate on New Year’s Eve!

Cons:

First night there were two power outages, one happened as I was stepping into the shower
Noise from the road is loud even though hotel is set back - they do provide a fan in the room which helps block the noise

Pros:

Después de nuestro periplo por Guatemala podemos decir que fue el mejor hotel en el que estuvimos. Realmente superó nuestras expectativas. Habitación supergrande, camas muy cómodas y bien comunicado con los puntos de interés de Panajachel
