Very very nice place, good breakfast, good location, they cleaned the room every day, the staff was friendly and professional at the same time.

Not to forget we ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious.

Nice location, perfect rooms!
Pros:

Very modern and clean hotel with a comfortable atmosphere. We really liked the overall design and how well-maintained everything was.

We did have an issue with the plumbing in our room, but the staff handled it very quickly and professionally. They immediately changed our room and even upgraded us to a perfect one, which made our stay even better. Big thanks to the team for their responsiveness and helpful attitude.

Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Właściciele są niezwykle uprzejmi, serdeczni i zawsze gotowi pomóc. W całym obiekcie panowała nienaganna czystość, a pokoje były codziennie dokładnie sprzątane. Śniadania były smaczne i urozmaicone, a jedzenie w restauracji było bardzo dobre. Widać, że właściciele wkładają w to miejsce dużo serca. Zdecydowanie polecamy i z chęcią wrócimy.

O familie deosebita care gestioneaza hotelul cu customer skills de nota 20. Intreg personalul a fost extraordinar de amabil. Imediat cum am ajuns, am fost ghidati pentru parcarea masinii si ajutati inclusiv cu bagajele. Apartamentul foarte spatios iar serviciile de curatenie in camera impecabile. Micul dejun este variat si foarte gustos iar restaurantul hotelului are de asemenea cateva optiuni delicioase in menu de pranz si cina.
A fost atat de bine incat am prelungit sejurul cu inca o noapte. Desi am plecat dimineata foarte devreme, Fabiano se trezise pentru a ne ura "Drum bun".
Recomand cu toata increderea.

Un sejur reusit , nu ne-am impiedicat in micile inconveniente.

Cons:

Micul dejun prost organizat, pt pretul platit diversitatea felurilor ok insa organizarea si cafea execrabila m-au dezamagit . Nu este o mare cheltuiala sa oferi o cafea decenta .

Tout étais parfait du petit déjeuner au restaurant le soir, le personnelle de nettoyage jusqu’au personnel du restaurant et de la réception tout étais parfait et nous avons passer de magnifique vacances et je reviendrais ici dès que je suis sur Sarandë !

Bardzo dobre śniadania, personel super, łózko wygodne, codzienne sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników i pościeli, wszystko ok, jak najbardziej godny polecenia.
