Πολύ καλή επιλογή στο κέντρο της Φεραρα
Pros:

Πολύ κεντρική θέση ,εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό .
Είχαμε αυτοκίνητο ,αν βάλεις το αυτοκίνητο το γκαράζ το δικό τους χρεώνεσαι 20€ αλλιώς σου δίνουν έναν κωδικό κ παρκάρεις έξω σε δημόσιο πάρκινγκ με μόνο 7€.Επισης πολύ καλό πρωινό .

Cons:

Τη μέρα που μείναμε είχε εκδρομή σχολείου και κακώς τοποθετήθηκε το γκρουπ των μαθητών στον ίδιο όροφο που ήμασταν κ οι θαμώνες .Επρεπε να προνοήσουν έτσι ώστε να μην είναι ακριβώς απέναντι μας τα παιδιά της εκδρομής .
Υπήρχε πολύς θόρυβος ,το είπαμε στη ρεσεψιόν ,ζητήσαμε ωτοασπίδες αλλά δεν είχαν .
Μας είπαν βέβαια ότι μπορούσε να γίνει αλλαγή δωματίου .

Per un comodo soggiorno vicino al centro
Pros:

È un elegante hotel molto comodo per visitare la città poiché a 5 minuti a piedi dal casello estense, cuore del centro storico, ben servito anche dai mezzi pubblici e a 1 km dalla stazione. Offre la possibilità di un soggiorno in comode camere e di gustare una colazione a buffet con un' amplissima varietà di proposte dolci e salate. Essendo un 4 stelle la reception è h24 e il personale è sempre disponibile.

Cons:

Per essere un 4 stelle le camere sono scarne di comodità essenziali come attaccapanni a muro per abiti e porta asciugamani in bagno, altrimenti c'è un po' tutto ciò che serve.

Bellissimo hotel e personale fantastico
Pros:

Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato poco nel hotel siamo arrivati nel pomeriggio alla sera siamo usciti e siamo tornati per dormire abbiamo fatto colazione abbiamo liberato la stanza e abbiamo lasciato l hotel . Il personale gentilissimo quando mi capiterà soggiornerò qui senza altro grazie per tutto......

Overall, we had a good experience and everything was great.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The location and access to the train station and the city center were excellent.

Cons:

For improvement, I only noticed ants in the bathroom, so it would be better to do pest control.
