Pros:

The location is just perfect. Complimentary nesspresso coffee in the morning is good! and also complimentary champaign from 3-5pm is just right!

Amazing and friendly staff, location

Cons:

Cleanliness (especially bathroom), associated ski / snowboard rental at Suiboku store was extremely bad (binding didn't fit, could not offer any kind of decent ski / snowboard equipment despite having re-visited 2nd day to change gear) - would give '8' rating if it weren't for the Suiboku rental store, hotel should really offer better rental alternatives for serious skiers / snowboarders

Best place to stay in Niseko
Pros:

Great place to stay! Staff was accommodating and friendly. The location is perfect and near all of the local spots. We had an awesome view of Mt. Yotei and the ski lifts were right outside of our place
