Zwei Tage vor Anreise wurde das im Voraus bezahlte nicht stornierbare Zimmer mit Meerblick gecancelt, stattdessen wurde mir angeboten, zu stornieren mit Rückerstattung des vollen Preises oder in ein Doppel Standardzimmer nach hinten zu wechseln.Letzteres war ein Glück, das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber für eine Person ausreichend, die Aussicht auf Bäume und zwei Moscheen sehr ansprechend, aber vor allem ohne Sonne und direkten Straßenlärm besser als beim letzten Mal das Meerblickzimmer.
Rezeptionist war freundlich und hilfsbereit.Flughafentransfer überpünktlich wie abgesprochen in gutem PKW.

친절한 가게 사장님이 계신 숙소 입니다.
저희가 묵은 방은 작은 방이지만 저렴한 가격으로 납득 가능 합니다. 또한 옥상에서 이스탄불의 명소들을 멋진 야경으로 구경 할 수 있습니다.
10분정도 위치에 큰 시장이 있고 주변은 좋은 식당들이 꽤 있습니다.
괴뢰메 터미널로 가기 위한 T5 트램 정류장도 10분 정도에 있습니다.

Only the location.
Even throught we had a confirmed reservation throught Booking, the hotel staff told us that there were no available rooms, despite the fact that we had already paid. I contacted Booking customer service, and the hotel stuff kept us waiting for hours without providing a solution. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. They were not helpful at all. The rooms were noisy and not clean. We even saw a cockroach in the room. In addition, the shower head was not working properly. Although the location is very central and convenient, we were extremely dissatisfied with our stay..
We had an amazing two-week stay with my son, and the time went by so quickly. During our stay, the hotel truly felt like a home away from home, and the staff became like family to us. They are incredibly caring, polite, and always smiling. They truly care about guests safety regarding arrival or departure and even treated us to delicious Turkish tea. The hotel is small, cozy, and located in a very safe neighborhood where you can walk without any problems. The location is ideal for reaching all the main tourist sites and is very close to the Aksaray bus station, where a bus takes you directly to the airport. Additionally, everything you need is nearby, including grocery stores like A101 and BIM, a pharmacy, and a local convenience shop. Around the neighborhood and along the waterfront, there are also plenty of restaurants open late into the night. Lastly, the rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view, and you can hear the wonderful adhan from the nearby mosques. Regular bus stop is just 1-2min away :)

Lo staff è simpatico e disponible. È facile raggiungere il hotel ma non è una zona tranquilla a causa del traffico perché situato su un'arteria principale. Ottima qualità-prezzo. Passano tanti mezzi pubblici davanti.

Il miglior punto di forza di questo hotel è lo staff, in particolare Simo. È un ragazzo marocchino, molto caloroso, gentile ed educato. È stata la parte migliore del mio soggiorno in questo hotel. È una persona molto disponibile e amichevole.
Darò il mio miglior commento a questo hotel soprattutto grazie al comportamento di Simo: è una delle persone più gentili e oneste che ho incontrato in Turchia.
Tuttavia, devo essere onesto anche nei confronti dell’hotel e dei futuri viaggiatori. Se cercate una buona posizione e uno staff gentile, questo hotel può essere una buona scelta. Se invece per voi la pulizia dell’hotel è molto importante, dovreste pensarci bene prima di prenotare.
Suggerisco anche al proprietario dell’hotel di investire un po’ di denaro nella ristrutturazione della struttura e soprattutto nella pulizia.
Se tornerò a Istanbul a dicembre e dovessi considerare solo lo staff, prenoterei di nuovo questo hotel grazie a Simo. Altrimenti, no. Non mi piace mentire: preferisco essere sincero.

room is located on the main street where is traffic going on 24/7, windows don’t isolate anything. other staff of the hotel is making noice through the night which again distrurb already so much needed sleep.
stairs are dirty, in the room there are so many things not funcioning..toilet is not flushing properly, they don’t provide you fresh blanket, rather they offer you one which is in the closet used don’t wanna know how many times without washing..
The staff is super nice and friendly, great view out of the window into the neighbourhood, a quiet and a comfortable space even if the room was a bit small. But I was travelling alone so it wasn't a big issue. A small shop and restaurants right next door, and a 20 minute walk to Balat, Egyptian Bazaar, and Galata Tower.
The location is pretty good, but it's not right next to anything but rather a 20 minute walk from several interesting areas. The location right by the highway also means that it's a little hard to get to the hotel through a straight-forward route because you have to cross so many roads, and the nearest metro stop is a bit further, although there are bus stops very close by so it's not a big deal. The luggage store is also not a separate room but just the option to keep your bag behind the reception desk.

Pokoje mają bardzo niski standard i są bardzo malutkie, włączając w to mikro łazienkę.
