Für den Preis ist das Erlebnis sehr enttäuschend.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Strand war super. Dei Bungalows waren nett eingerichtet.

Cons:

Schon bei Ankunft war die Frau an der Rezeption nicht gerade sehr freundlich. Da ich zu früh angekommen bin, wollte ich wissen, was man die Umgebung bis zum offiziellen Check-In machen könnte. Jedoch wusste sie es scheinbar selber nicht. Ich habe die Unterkunft auch nur gebucht, da ich kostenloses WiFi haben wollte. Jedoch ging dies nicht im Bungalow, genauso wenig wie der TV. Ich habe auch das Frühstück für zusätzliche 21€ probiert. Das war sehr enttäuchend. Es gab kaum Auswahl, die Würstchen und das Rührei, sahen aus, als würden sie da schon eine Weile liegen. Es gab weder Brot noch Käse im Angebot. Darüber hinaus sieht man dem Hotel an, dass es die besten Tage hinter sich hat. Die Holzterasse vor dem Bungalows hatte ein durchgebrochenes Brett. An der Decke im Bungalow gab es Wasserflecken. Die Absperrung rund um den Pool war an einigen Stellen kaputt.

I would visit again
Pros:

I really don’t understand why this place has such a low rating. It was great. Absolutely gorgeous place, the only thing that would’ve made it nicer if the grass was green and not dead, but I’m sure it will green up soon with the rains. The outside areas are very nice, I would’ve loved to stay more than one night. The room was very comfortable and looked nice, ac worked well. Shower was good. I loved the high ceiling, it made the room feel so open and spacious. Even when it rained in the morning the whole place felt very serene.

Cons:

The sheets had some stains on them, but they were washed for sure, maybe just time to get new ones. And yes the fridge makes a bit of noise, but not the end of the world. I arrived half an hour before checkin, and they said come back 2:30, I want to think this was just a language barrier, but they made me feel quite unwelcome like I couldn’t wait there for what was 20 minutes at that point so I went for a little drive.

Pros:

Le petit dejeuner était correct et Hienghene est un endroit merveilleux

Cons:

L'état de degradation de l'hôtel. Aucune télé ne fonctionnait dans l'hôtel, les feuilles des cocotiers n'étaient pas ramassées le mini-golf est entièrement inutilisable, des petits cafards partout sous l'emplacement du frigo, le repas du soir catastrophique avec les frites froides, un mec qui traîne allongé près des bungalows avec piscines dont la moitié son désormais inutilisables avec barrieres cassées piscines vidées. Ça fait 30 ans que j'y allais aujourd'hui ce n'est plus acceptable d'autant que le personnel n'a clairement pas le sens de l'accueil. J'amenais des touristes extérieurs a la Calédonie ils ne s'en remettent pas.

Agréable car très beau mais il ne faut pas être trop exigeant
Pros:

Le site magnifique
mais l’hôtel est mal entretenu,vétuste, c’est dommage
Les bungalows restaurés sont propres mais 2 matelas simples pour faire un lit double, une télévision non fonctionnelle, une fixation de ventilateur mais plus de ventilateur

Cons:

La table. La cuisine est franchement médiocre et le buffet du petit déjeuner bien pauvre notamment en produits locaux

Super logement devant la mer. Le bungalow est bien équipé. Rapport qualité prix au top !

Super séjour !
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Koulnoué. Les bungalows sont très confortables et la vue mer est imprenable ! L'espace piscine sous les cocotiers est très agréable

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y ait aucune option de restauration. On nous a tout de même donné un contact pour aller dîner un bougna.

On est loin de l'époque ou cest bien d'aller dans cet établissement
Pros:

L'accueil est toujours souriant

Cons:

Plus de restaurant le soir, cuisine proposée par la tribu n'est pas a la hauteur du prix ( manger en quantité ne veut pas dire bien manger)
Réservation avec petit déjeuner sauf quîls ne servent plus le petit déjeuner
