Cons:

Die Tür der Duschkabine war leider kaputt, sie war aus der Verankerung ausgehängt und dies ließ sich während meines Aufenthalts leider nicht reparieren. Der Defekte Wasserkocher wurde schnell ersetzt.

Tuširanje hladnom vodom i parking koji se naplaćuje
Pros:

Osoblje je ljubazno. Hotel i soba su bili uredni i čisti.

Cons:

Boravak u ovom hotelu bio je veoma razočaravajući. U sobi nas je dočekalo slomljeno staklo, nije bilo kante za smeće, mini bar je bio potpuno prazan, a uz to toliko bučan da smo morali da ga isključimo. U WC-u nije bilo toalet papira, niti je u sobi bilo flaširane vode, što su osnovne stvari koje se očekuju.

Lift se zaglavljuje, izolacija je izuzetno loša, bukvalno se čuje kako osoba u susjednoj sobi diše. Kupatilo je toliko malo da se osoba jedva može okrenuti i zatvoriti vrata, tuš je star, a pritisak vode na prvom spratu loš. Kada smo stigli predveče, iskoristili smo smještaj samo da se istuširamo (HLADNOM VODOM jer tople nije bilo), prespavamo i ujutro nakon doručka odemo.

Posebno neprijatno iznenađenje bilo je što nam je za tako kratak boravak naplaćen parking za dva dana u iznosu od 20 eura.

Za cijenu i uslugu koju smo dobili, ovo je daleko ispod prihvatljivog standarda. Ne bih preporučio ovaj hotel dok se ozbiljno ne unaprijede uslovi, održavanje i odnos prema gostima.

Value for money top, location extraordinary, the people fantastic.
Pros:

The central location is amazing. The team working on the reception is extraordinary. They were proactive and detailed, helpful and quick in any situation. The management of the hotel shall be proud of their first line. Also the guy in the restaurant was super nice and helpful and helped us a lot with a picking taste of our daughter. Big applause for them all.

Service was grear, but not really high value for the money
Pros:

Very good location, great service by reception and in the restaurant during breakfast. Facility is quite old, but renewed. For example, rooms/doors/elevator are old, but beds are brand new, well equipped, clean and tidy. The building has general heating (no aircon), but it warmed quick and well the room. Room was very big, really nice! There was air purifier in the room. Breakfast was great actually. Coffee, yogurt, burek, eggs, fruits, vegetables, all the essentials.

Cons:

Parking is very limited. Just 4-5 places in front, blocked one by the other. Good thing is they provided another parking spot 2mins away. Really convinient. Thank you!
We forgot to add our kid (5y) in the reservation and still there was no additional charge. However, for this hotel 140 euro for 1 night with breakfast it is quite high price I would say.
