Great experience in Sarajevo
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent in the old town. Kasim was very helpful and organized transportation for us. Highly recommend for location and the staff.

Hotel s vybornou polohou s minimom parkovacich miest (nutna rezervacia). Hotel si ziada rekonstrukciu.

Vyborna lokalita hotela, mily personal. Chutne ranajky.

Cons:

Velmi uzke postele, zle som sa vyspal. Pokazena sprchovacia hlavica a velmi nizky tlak vody v sprche. Celkovo zla dispozicia kupelne, WC hned prinvatupwndonsprchy. Chcelo by to rekonstrukciu.

Konumu ve kahvaltısı güzeldi

Cons:

Otel çok eski ve temiz de değildi. Çalışanlar da çok güler yüzlü değildi. Buzdolabı çalışmıyordu. Saç kurutma makinesi çok kötü, kış olsa saçını kurutman imkânsız. Bakımsız :(

Cons:

The bed linens are worn out, the carpet is very old, and the student mattress is large; I found it to be two small mattresses with a loose piece of fabric in the middle (assembled). Breakfast is also very limited.

Ablakzarak használhatatlanog, vagy hiányoztak, fuggönyök lógtak, ne lehetett elhúzni. A fűrdőszoba padlójának legmagasabb pontja a lefolyó, ezért több helyen tóvsák alakultak ki. A reggeliző helyen a tálaló egy sarokban volt, ráadásul a közepén egy oszloppal, így egyszerre csak egy ember fért hozzá az ételhez, eszközökhöz, kávégphez, stb.

Bize normal oda yerine suit oda verdiler. Banyo hariç herşey çok iyi. Yatak son derece rahat, oda geniş ve aydınlık, merkezde olmasına rağmen sessiz. Fakat banyo kullanılacak gibi değildi. Banyoda yer temiz değildi. Duş alanı açık olduğu için duş alırsanız tüm banyo ıslanıyor tuvaleti kullanmak isterseniz terlikleriniz sırılsıklam oluyor. Tuvalet kısmı çok dar alan. Eşim ve ben oldukça zayıf olduğumuz için zorlansakta kullanabildik ama kilolu biri için çok zor. Odadaki yazılı metinde duş alanı içinde banyo yapın aksi takdirde hasar olursa sorumlu olursunuz yazıyor traji komik, duşu açtığınızda tüm banyo ıslanıyor su içinde kalıyor bu yüzden banyo yapamadık. İlk gün odayı değiştirmek istedik resepsiyondaki Hayrudin hemen değiştirmek istedi size normal oda yerine suit oda verdik memnun değilseniz hemen değiştirelim diye o kadar iyi niyet ve güleryüzle bize yardımcı olmaya çalıştı ki bizim için büyük sorun olan banyoya rağmen odayı değiştirmeyip bardağın dolu tarafını görüp tatilimize devam ettik. Hayrudin ve diğer resepsiyon memuruna teşekkür ederiz.
