Excelente ubicación y la mejor recepcionista que hemos conocido
Pros:

Lo mejor la ubicación y el trato del personal. La chica del segundo turno de recepción, además de hablar un español excelente, fue súper amable y atenta. Tuvimos un problema con la calefacción, y enseguida nos buscó solución. Es todo un ejemplo de pasión por su trabajo y la atención al cliente.
La habitación muy amplia y con todas las comodidades.

Location is really good and the workers in reception were kind,helpful.

Cons:

The workers in the restaurant were really rude,we are disappointed with the behaviour.Some of the foods were not fresh,and because of the location there was noise at nights

Pros:

The location is perfect, only a minute from the Latin Bridge. Staff were great and always on hand
