Pros:

Mooie entree/receptie en heel vriendelijk personeel. De kamer en badkamer waren keurig en schoon. Locatie in het oude centrum was top. Je kunt een parkeerplek krijgen tegen betaling. Je parkeert dan op de smalle straat voor het hotel en het personeel verplaatst je auto als iemand voor jou eruit moet. Het ontbijt viel alleen erg tegen. Ongebakken broodjes, warme joghurt en melk, weinig keuze.

Hotel has great location, but it is not value for the money paid
Pros:

Location is perfect, reception is nicely renovated staffis extremely helpful and nice.

Cons:

Rooms need serious renovation, welness was not working and fitness is terrible.

Завтрак очень хороший на любой вкус, большой выбор. Расположение самое лучшее на мой взгляд. Парковка прямо перед входом в отель

Cons:

Очень удобный номер, но не понравилось, что какой то обшарпанный, покрытие на полу было чем то залито. Не было шапочки для душа, не было шампунь в душе, приходилось носить с раковины.

Horror in Sarajevo. Very small parking, poor communication, no promised refund
Pros:

Never again in thah hotel.

Cons:

Very unprofessional experience. The hotel promised me a refund directly at the property, but later refused to return the money. Also, my car was moved without my permission and was apparently hit or bumped, although luckily there was no visible damage. Nobody informed me about this properly. Very poor communication and disappointing service.

Pros:

A reggeli finom és bőséges votl .A személyzet segítőklsz és udvarias volt, A szálloda az óvárosban volt .100 m séta

Cons:

A parkolás és a megközelíthetőség egy kissé körülményes, de megoldható volt
