HAPPY HOTEL

Newer hotel, a bit out of the way, quiet. Staff tried but we had a hard time as we don’t speak Thai and they didn’t speak English. Disappointed that they didn’t always clean our room.

Perus lämmin aamiainen, mahdollisuus valita. Läheisyydessä paljon ruokapaikkoja sekä kauppa.

Really great vision for a premier accommodation. In my opinion they opened a little bit early cause there was a lot of construction work going on and construction mess the contributed to a bit of a Dusty stay

Lite avskilt från stan vilket var väldigt skönt och det var inte jätte långt från stan heller, vi hyrde motorcykel och kunde snabbt ta oss fram och tillbaka. Personalen var jätte trevliga, man fick låna handdukar om man skulle använda poolen och bastun var ett stort plus! Rekommenderar starkt om man ska vara i krabi några dagar

Our stay was amazing! Very comfortable beds and pillows and clean, spacious rooms! The only negative was that the water for showers didn’t ever go beyond lukewarm.

Das Hotel hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen! Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber! Nach so nang braucht man mit dem Taxi nur wenige Minuten.

Hôtel isolé mais avec une vue magnifique sur le Bouddha. Accueil chaleureux et vrai ! Malade, ils se sont chargés des démarches médicales.
À proximité des grandes plages de Ao Nang et des embarcadères pour Raylai.

Firstly I need to make clear that the hotel only opened in Jan 2025. It is brand new. Once they finish building/decorating it will be a lovely hotel, but it isn’t finished yet.

The staff are lovely and it is a great building. It is a little way from the beach, but a car can get you there quick enough.


It advertises a Spa and resturant but neither are finished. It is wrong to advertise them until they are available.

Sødt personale. Dejlig pool og sauna. Men bagværelset i begge værelser vi var på, var defekt. Toilet der ikke skyller ud, samt når man går i bad, så oversvømmes der med vand op over tæerne. Meget mærkeligt. Af denne årsag, kunne deres priser godt være billigere. Samt betalte vi 1000 bath, for morgenmad en enkelt dag, og den var ikke særlig god.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich, das Reinigungspersonal hat sich täglich um frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche gekümmert. Lediglich in einigen Ecken hätte es etwas gründlicher sein können.

Komfort & Ausstattung:
Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet, mit bequemen Betten, Klimaanlage und schnellem WLAN.

Service & Personal:
Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und auch Sonderwünsche wurden schnell erfüllt.

Essen & Trinken:
Das Frühstück war vielfältig und frisch, mit einer guten Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen. Der Kaffee hätte jedoch besser sein können.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis:
Für die gebotene Qualität war der Preis absolut angemessen. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und bei meiner nächsten Reise wieder buchen.

Hôtel en travaux donc très sale

First night was a disaster the smell of drains was so strong it physically made me sick, the hotel sent a engineer to spray freshener down where the problem was but within minutes the smell returned, we had to stay in that room with that smell all night we had know sleep, the hotel did upgrade us to a different room in the morning but the damage had already been done, the smell was everywhere in the hotel but not as bad, the set breakfast was ok but the staff tried to give us not so fresh fruit 2 days in a row so in the end we just said no fruit please

New hotel clean and good size rooms, staff are helpful. Hotel let down by finishing details but hopefully they will work on these as guessing they rush to open for high season. Plenty of places close by to j

Das Hotel wurde gerade neu eröffnet und dadurch ergeben sich einige anfängliche Probleme. Dafür sind die Übernachtungspreise auch noch erheblich reduziert. Überwiegend ist das Personal freundlich und gewillt, Service anzubieten, eine Ausnahme ist leider Miss Cee an der Rezeption. Der Manager ist sehr freundlich und engagiert und versucht wo es nur geht, zu helfen. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen und kann es empfehlen

If you want toilet water coming onto the floor when you flush the toilet stay here. This hotel was still under construction when i stayed and it was pretty obvious. They tried to make this place feel modern but lack of craftsmanship.

This Hotel was 10/10.

When we Saw the photos, we were very sceptical. BUT then we noticed it was built im 2025 january!!! It actually opened officially the day we entered.

There was some small renovations still going on, which didnt bother us at all. And we understand that. No construction noises or anything. And im sure these are ready by the time you read this.

Breakfast was amazing. It was served directly to table (since their buffet table wasnt ready yet) and this was great. Coffee was available whole day.

Room cleaness was VERY GOOD.
Free water and aloevera drink daily.
TV had all the channels/netflix/youtube.

The pool was great, Although it was just near the road But Nice to have a quick swim. They also have a sauna (wasnt ready yet) But as a finnish Person, it actually looked great!

They Will have a massage and a cafeteria (coming)

There is restaurants just 50m from the Hotel. Extremely affordable! (Like very cheap and good) Laundry service and market 200m from Hotel. And ”main road” to grab a tuktuk 200m away.

They booked us snorkeling trips with their contacts, which were extremely reasonable priced compared to stalls in central.

Staff was friendly. And the Hotel manager, everytime when met him asked if there is improvements or was everything okay.

I really really say this is a good choice! They need the customers, and they are willing to serve people. Reception was open 24/7.

Give this Hotel a chance. Im sure you enjoy it.

The hotel is brand new and they haven’t finished building yet. So we had dust, builders dirt, noise and unfinished facilities. For example, blocked drains, no reading lights in the room. No towel rails in the bathroom. They also host parties - on a Tuesday night - unbearable, loud, distorted music until three in the morning.
The brand new floors in the room were badly scratched and dirty.
The bathroom was also dirty.
For the price, it was really not good.
The staff were very nice, as they mostly are in Thailand and the breakfast was good.

Stayed 4 nights at the brand new Happy Hotel (opened just days before our arrival).
Staff are still working on the finishing touches and ironing out some of the wrinkles. Meaning some of the amenities are not yet operational.

The pool is open and was resfreshing after a long hot day of hiking.

We had a few concerns early in our stay but Thanat (the General Manager) quickly resolved them.

Despite some construction ongoing there was no noise issues. We stayed in the very spacious family room. Hotel has some new build dust, but otherwise was quite clean.

Breakfast was a solid western style bacon egg coffee fruits to get your day started.

Location is great if you want to be close to the action but far enough away for some peace. Hotel location also feels more like authentic Thailand, with more locals around. an excellent local market nearby, restaurants where thai people actually eat, and a beautiful budhist temple all within 5 min walk.

Scooter rentals all around (highly recommend), but less than 100 baht "grab" to the beach/strip (5min) or an easy (and interesting) 40 min walk.

I look forward to seeing the Happy hotel again once they have completed the finishing touches and have all their amenities online.

We extended our stay one day.

Le site nous parle de 15 piscines, spa, sauna, un restaurant, wifi dans toutes les chambres : Rien de tout cela pour le moment ! Mais hôtel en construction et le comble pour nous : toilettes bouchées dans notre chambre et accès à aucun autre dans l’hôtel ! Dans l’autre chambre louée pas d’eau chaude et fuite d’eau. Le seul point positif les lits sont grands et confortables.
