Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse et très propre. Environnement calme et agréable. Petit déjeuner délicieux et bien fourni !! Très bon rapport qualité prix !

Cons:

Une des employées très désagréable mais heureusement on ne l’a vu qu’une fois ! Se faire engueuler car on ne parle pas allemand et pas beaucoup anglais c’est un peu gonflé !! Enfin bref c’est le seul bémol de ce séjour

Fijn verblijf tijdens bezoek Europapark!
Pros:

Ruime, moderne, nette kamer en badkamer. Rustig, netjes ingericht hotel met een heerlijk, gevarieerd ontbijt. Parkeerplaats relatief dichtbij de kamer en lekker dichtbij Europapark.

Cons:

Airco zou ideaal zijn wanneer de temperaturen hoog zijn, maar logischerwijs zou de prijs dan hoger zijn. Onze kleine ventilator was stil, maar de grote ventilator klonk best wel hard.

Le personnel est très accueillant , les lieux d'une propreté irréprochable. Le buffet de petit déjeuner est copieux, il y en a pour tous les goûts .

Is a very nice hotel, very clean located very close to Europa Park.
Pros:

Very clean, friendly staff, spacious room and very good breakfast

No air conditioning in the rooms, this will be a good addition to the rooms.

Soweit sehr schon , Frühstück etwas mehr Frische und mehr Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder
Pros:

Alles neu und sehr sauber

Cons:

Beim Frühstück das Obst und Gemüse leider total kaputt, ausgetrocknet, Gurken , Paprika und Karotten wurden drei Tage die selben hingestellt, alles schon matschig , schön wäre ein kleiner Spielplatz draußen

Prima hotel, vlakbij Europapark
Pros:

Schone ruime kamers, aardige personeel, prima ontbijt. Goede optie bij bezoek aan Europapark (10 min met de auto). In het dorpje zit een supermarkt en naast het hotel een prima restautant. Parkeren kan voor de deur.

Cons:

Geen airco (en dan kan het midden in de zomer erg warm worden op de kamers).

Prima hotel voor als het buiten niet warm is.
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, de ligging, het uitgebreide ontbijt, de mogelijkheid van laden van de auto.

Cons:

Geen airco in de kamer waardoor wij nauwelijks geslapen hebben, zo warm was het in de kamer.
De ventilatoren en open raam hielpen niet of nauwelijks.
Geen lift; wel een kleine goederenlift voor je bagage.
Erg jammer want verders was het hotel top.

Cons:

No aircondition in the rooms.
Although rooms are super nice, clean and spacious - we were there in the summer and during heat wave - and A/C should be must in these days.
