Good hotel
Pros:

Solid hotel with friendly staff in a convenient but not exactly pristine neighborhood. I slept well here and would stay again.

Cons:

Breakfast was comically bad, but in a country not known for their cuisine.

Overall, a very pleasant hotel with excellent value for money.
Pros:

The hotel makes a very pleasant impression.
The staff are very helpful. The rooms are large, which is very nice. There is an excellent, sturdy, full-size desk for a computer. There is a safe. The bathroom is comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. The location is very convenient — a five-minute walk from the waterfront.

Cons:

1. Breakfast... well, that's very questionable :) Basically, it's eggs and toast. It's better to go to a restaurant on the waterfront for breakfast.
2. The lack of a refrigerator is strange and inconvenient, considering that the room is large.
3. The Wi-Fi is good quality, but there are occasional interruptions and internet outages.

Pros:

The location, just across the public market and a short walk to the boulevard and other attractions. Efficient hot and cold shower and detachable shower head (because other hotels only have the rainfall showerhead. Staff were kind and polite and helpful.

Cons:

It is not straightforward to open the room with the card key, and I was only given one room key when usually two card keys are given to guests regardless if they are a solo traveler or not. Slow internet- not sure if this is connected to the card key being difficult to use in opening the room. Breakfast was not a buffet style. Lacking some basic hotel amenities considering the price I paid for.

L'emplacement plein centre ville, proche de toutes commodités. La location de scooter directement à l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner très correct.

Cons:

Le bruit de la circulation mais c'est hélas souvent le cas partout. Les philippins circulent tout le temps.
Du thé au petit déjeuner serait un plus.
