Staff were friendly, location was perfect, room and bathroom were big. Very close to beach and although I had main road view you couldn't hear traffic as room was sound proof
I had a 3 night stay. 2 and 3 night I got no sleep at all. There was a party going on in room above me until 4am. It was horrendous. I asked hotel to stop it but they did nothing.

Все. В номере тараканы, ПОСТОЯННО воняет едой из кухни (номер 703), по вечерам и ночам орет караоке за стеной. Казалось бы, отель у дороги - должна беспокоить она, но нет. В отеле неопрятно и грязно, это проявляется во всем, в мелочах - начиная от грязного пульта кондея заканчивая ножом для фруктов. Последнюю ночь не дожили, просто сбежали. Не знаю, откуда приличные отзывы у отеля

exceptional place! It's 2-3 minutes on foot to the Mirissa beach and all the cool spots like the Parrot Rock. The staff was super friendly and kind. If there's anything that I wanted, they immediately assisted me. And the food was super! As a female solo traveller the place was very safe and it's also located very close to supermarkets, bakeries etc. Highly recommended. The room had all the necessary facilities for a great stay- an electric kettle, AC, an air cooler and fans and the bathroom was very well equipped. The bed was super comfortable too!

On the main strip and 3 minute walk to beach. Right beside the liquor store and right across from the grocery store. Was a very busy strew but rooms r sound proof.

Many negative things to say about this experience that I can‘t tell everything in a comment :
- Dirty bedsheets arriving at the hotel first night
- Dirt all over the place in the bedroom and
bathroom with many insects
- Horrible music every motioning and night from a street vendor EVERYDAY NO EXCEPTION
- Warm water only when good weather
- Broken Part of the shower
- Bad experience of the laundry and 4 tshirts were fully irreversibly damaged and hotel did not take responsibility for this
- No English skill from almost everybody in the hotel so impossible to communicate
- Light entering the room window with no blinds so you can’t sleep

Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose and this was a draw for us. The actual room was a great size and a fab bed. However, and this is our fault a little as we booked here about 3 or 4 days before arrival after changing to save a few quid - the picture shows the accommodation as having an open space underneath, but another picture shows a shop, and this is what is there and it's an off licence. This off licence itself isn't an issue but they have a bloke wailing in a Bluetooth speaker for about 1.5 hours every night. The accommodation is only 10m from the busy road, and we mean busy, so that's our fault but be warned. All rooms are first floor and above - no lift.
The balcony is 3m X 1m and is basically a small conservatory that's been added In front of the old folding doors. If you don't mind being enclosed then fine, but if you sit in it then you have to have the door of it open for air so you don't boil but then you have the road noise to deal with. If you like that sort of thing then you are in heaven.
Getting the room to be cleaned was like pushing water uphill. The 3 young lads who are supposed to be staff were 'handbrake on a canoe' types. Lovely lads and I know we shouldn't expect everyone to speak English but this was difficult - we gave up.
We had a leaking shower which we told them about on day one but they did nothing about so water was all in bathroom and of course you trapse it everywhere else.
Bins weren't emptied, we had to take all rubbish down ourselves and ask for toilet roll and change of towels.
Room size was fab, location is about 5 min walk to beach and 1 minute for supermarket and bank and fab bakery.

It was not clean, when we went to bed the sheets smelled dirty hair and sweat, a lot of stains on the sheets. They didnt change the sheets from the guests before. We called for new sheets and two boys arrived, one of them high as a building.
We got one new Sheet, with stains…
Everything except lack of staff.
