Pros:

Местоположение, кровати

Cons:

Кондиционер не справлялся охлаждал номер за 4-5 часов спали с вентилятором. Холодильник барный фактически не охлаждал. Туалет и душ отгорожен матовым стеклом номер не 4х если ночю включил свет вся комната осветилась… про видимость действий в туалете вообще молчу. Ну и тесная столовая сложно найти место с 8 до 9

Tương đối hài lòng, còn vài điểm nếu cải thiện được thì sẽ tốt hơn.
Pros:

Lên tân thân thiện, phòng khách sạn rộng rãi và đủ công năng, đồ không quá mới nhưng không quá cũ. Phù hợp với mức giá. Đặc biệt là vị trí ở trung tâm rất tiện.

Cons:

Phòng của tôi hơi có mùi cống một xíu, khi đi về sẽ thấy rõ hơn. Nếu cải thiện được thì sẽ tốt hơn rất nhiều.

No aircon in most rooms. Do not stay here.
Pros:

Okay location.

Cons:

5 out of 7 rooms that me and my friends had didn’t have aircon. The reception didn’t have aircon and the staff weren’t very helpful. Aircon in 35 degree heat is a necessity.

Понравилось только то, что деньги вернули без особых проблем

Cons:

Ужасный грязный номер, не соответствующий фотографиям. Все потертое, грязное, прям желание попросить тряпку и средство и все отмыть, также не очень приятный запах. Бассейн наверху такой же. Освещение в номере изначально работало не все, о чем сказали на ресепшене (мастера прислали сразу же). Но даже починив все, при полностью включенном свете, номер оставался очень тусклым. Конечно, понимаю, что отель очень дешевый, но в нём даже тупо ночевать было бы достаточно противно. Нашли другой отель и попросили вернуть нам деньги через час после заселения. Нам предложили повысить уровень номера (в том было гораздо лучше с освещением, но так же грязно и потерто), мы отказались и тогда деньги нам вернули без проблем, слава Богу, иначе непонятно, что бы мы делали. Все же, несмотря на это, не могу поставить тут положительной оценки, так как потом люди ориентируются на хорошие отзывы, едут туда как мы и теряют время и нервы на лишние хлопоты.

Rien, le support des personnels est bon et immediat.

Cons:

La chambre initiale puait une ordeur de vmc et le canalisation. Et il n'etait pas possible d'avoir l'eau fraiche a la douche ou lavabo, l'eau etait brullante pour se laver. Apres on nous a changé de chambre mais la clim etait en panne pour une journee en entier de midi a +7h du matin le lendemain sans aucune reparation possible. Ils nous ont proposé 2 ventilateurs pour dormir la nuit. Et heureusememt il a fait plus frais cette nuit la sinon j'âurais du changer d'hotel. Une experience un peu ratée. Et le petit dejeuner n'est pas terrible. Salle a manger est trop chaud , pas de clim. Piscine minuscule donc je n'y vais pas.
