El hotel es sencillo pero está reformado y es cómodo y agradable, en la azotea tiene una pequeña piscina con vistas al mar y al Teide increíbles. El personal es muy agradable. Buena relación calidad precio. A unos 5 min andando de la playa y a 15 min del centro y de la playa del muelle.

Cons:

Nada, en general es un hotel correcto. El desayuno buffet aceptable.

Pros:

La ubicación me encantó! Me era súper práctico para llegar a todos lados caminando. No está en pleno centro pero son 10’minutos para llegar a la zona principal.
Tiene una piscina con vista panorámica increíble!!
El trato del personal me dejó sorprendida, realmente todos super predispuestos a ayudar! Las fotos de la habitación eran tal cual lo real eso también me gustó. El desayuno buffet muy bien también. Relación precio calidad está bien!

Cons:

Suele alojar grupos grandes de jóvenes y realmente por las noches a veces había bastante ruido de chicos yendo y viniendo por los pasillos.

Personel bardzo pomocny. Mimo błędu po stronie systemu Booking com. (Przy rezerwacji wiek dzieci został zmieniony na 0 lat przez co po przyjeździe czekała mnie niemiła niespodzianka i dopłata zbliżona do całej wartości rezerwacji. Dobra wola hotelu i pomoc ze strony asystenta booking com pozwoliła na anulowanie rezerwacji i założenie nowej, przez co koszty były zbliżone do pierwotnych). Podobno zdarza się to często, personel na recepcji zwrócił uwagę, że takie sytuacje mają miejsce najczęściej przy rezerwacjach 2+2.

Pros:

Nos sentimos cómodos , era un lugar limpio y estaba reformado , por lo que estuvimos a gusto , solo era para pasar las noches ya que no íbamos a estar allí y cogimos desayuno . El desayuno era completo tipo buffer y estuvo bien . El chico de recepción muy amable.

Cons:

El bajante de la ducha tardaba mucho en que el agua bajara y al no tener puertas y ser el plato ducha en el suelo , Cuando se metían los niños en la ducha , ellos no controlaban bien y en una ocasión , el agua llegó hasta el salón , fue un poc incómodo pq casi se nos mojan el equipaje. El último día hubo un problema en la caldera del hotel y no teníamos agua caliente , nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría, si le sumas que llovía y fuera hacía frío a las 7:30 de la mñn , pues no fue del agrado . Los niños ni se pudieron meter en la ducha . Lo comentamos en recepción a una chica que estaba de turno y nos dijo que fue algo general pero no , nos dio ninguna otra opción , eran las 12:00 de la mañana , ya nos teníamos que ir y seguía sin haber agua caliente .

Hotel simpático para pequenas estadias
Pros:

Quarto espaçoso. Localização ótima. Zona calma e sossegada. Perto da estação rodoviária, praia e Loro parque. Cozinha com o básico para pequenas refeições.
Quarto limpo com varanda espaçosa. Ótimo para pequenas estadias.

Cons:

Colchões desconfortáveis. Quartos pouco insonorizados, ouvia-se o barulho todo no corredor. Éramos 2 adultos e 2 crianças, num quarto com 2 camas de solteiro e um sofá, mas o sofá não tinha as camas feitas nem tinha roupa de cama disponível.

Pros:

Нам все очень понравилось. Номер просторный, с кухней, все необходимое есть. Завтраки отличные, разнообразные. Персонал превосходный. В холле приветствуют всех с просекко и лимонадом. Расположение отличное. До пляжа 10 минут пешком максимум. Рядом магазины, кафе. Цена могла бы быть намного выше за такого уровня отель, я рада что их нашла.
