MUCHÍSIMO RUIDO, IMPOSIBLE DORMIR, CUCARACHAS EN LA HABITACIÓN
Pros:

Habíia muchísimo ruido, gritos, música a todo volumen, la gente corría por los pasillos... por mucho que nos quejábamos a recepción no hacían nada al respecto. Había cucarachas en la habitación!!

ESTANCIA SIN AGUA CALIENTE.

La ubicación y la amplitud de la habitación.

Cons:

Fuimos para una noche, había una avería con el calentador del agua, desde que llegamos, esperamos a por la mañana y nos dijeron que no venia un técnico hasta la tarde y nosotros teníamos que dejar la habitación por la mañana por las normas del hotel.
El personal fue agradable al explicarnos la situación, pero creo que si alquilas para una noche y estás privado de agua caliente durante toda la estancia lo mínimo que podrían hacer es ofrecerte una alternativa, realojarte en otro sitio o devolver el dinero o parte del dinero de la reserva, ya que considero que tener agua caliente es fundamental durante una estancia.
