Pros:

The hostess is so great! I stopped here on the Camino and she was so friendly! When I arrived, i immediately received a drink, she provided tea, and in the morning, I even received a lunch package for on the road. Absolutely amazing!

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst met koel drankje. Kreeg mooi ingepakt zakje fruit en koekjes mee voor onderweg.

De herrie in de bar. Het restaurant ging om 21 uur open en bleek in een aangrenzend zaaltje te zijn. Had ik dat maar geweten…

Maryam de host was erg vriendelijk, t was er heerlijk rustig.

Cons:

Pros:

Nous avons été très touché par l'accueil de la propriétaire qui est d'une extrême gentillesse et, petit plus, qui parle français. Des petites intentions très appréciées (coupe de pétillant à l'arrivée et chocolat au départ). Une grande chambre magnifique avec vue montagne et très bien équipée (nécessaire de toilette très complet).

Personnel très agréable, à l’écoute et attentif au bien-être du client ! Chambre spacieuse, très propre, confortable. Hôtel isolé et au calme, mais offrant cependant un accès en voiture rapide à des villes comme Bilbao ou Guernica. Un sans-faute !

El trato que recibimos desde un principio, nos hizo sentir como en casa. Las habitaciones super bonitas, sencillas pero con todo lo necesario. Muy detallistas en el trato personal. Sin duda, recomendable a mas no poder.

El gusto con el que están decoradas las habitaciones, la amplitud de las mismas, el baño amplio con bañera de hidromasaje incluida, las vistas de los montes de alrededor y la amabilidad de la casera, muy atenta y detallista.

Cons:

El único pero es que no tiene comedor propio, aunque el comedor está en el edificio de al lado y cenamos allí los dos días que estuvimos muy bien

Un sitio ideal para desconectar
Pros:

Un sitio ideal si buscas un entorno tranquilo y natural, en un enclave cercano a Bilbao y a pueblos como Mundaka, Elantxobe, Guernica… El hotel es bonito, muy cuidado y limpio, la comodidad de la cama espectacular. Pero no sería lo mismo sin Miriam, la anfitriona, que te recibirá con su sonrisa y siempre dispuesta a explicarte cualquier cosa del lugar. Atenta y encantadora, nos hizo sentirnos como en casa :)
