Very bad location with very bad noise pollution of a bar in the same street. Vould not sleepnunyil 02.00-03.00.

Very bad hospitality as well fron the receptionists. You are welcomed by faces that look at you like you are a piece of s**t. Very unwelccoming and unfriendly facial expressions. No smiles, no greeting, no introducing, no empayhy, no proactiveness, no explenationsnof the breakfastbetcetera, no injteraction.

Very outdated , Towels and bed sheets are very old !! Towels are stain !! They might be bed bugs woke up with red bumps my last day . Breakfast was good .

Pros:

En realidad nada. El hotel en general tenía un olor pésimo. Las habitaciones súper viejas, pero lo peor muy sucias. Las cobijas rotas y sucias. El baño estaba dañado con pésimo olor, la caneca de basura rota. La pared agrietada.

El hotel es bonito, las habitaciones son grandes y el desayuno es variado

Cons:

La puerta del balcón de la habitación no cerraba bien entonces habían muchos zancudos. La iluminación de la habitación y del baño era poca y la mini nevera tenía muy mal olor.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde es mir nicht gefallen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sensationell gut und sehr vielfältig, auch das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Empfangspersonal war nicht sehr freundlich, kein lächeln nichts...
Zuwenig Handtücher - Duschtücher im Bad, war für 1 Person, wir waren zu Dritt.
Matratzen sind ecklig.
Vorhang ziehen fast unmöglich, ohne dass einem nicht die Vorhangstange auf den Kopf fällt.
Das Pool war schmutzig, das Meer zuweit weg.

EXPERIENCIA INCONFORME EN PUNTA CANA

La ubicación del lugar, en realidad estaba cerca para los lugares más turísticos de Bávaro, que es la.zona de diversión en Punta Cana

Cons:

En Booking habíamos reservado habitaciones con vista al balcón, piscina y jardín y no nos las dieron, dijeron que nos iban a cambiar pero a la final no lo hicieron por falta de disponibilidad de habitaciones..
Adicional a esto existe una persona en el hotel "CHUCHO" que se encarga de la parte de actividades turísticas, para contratar el paquete nos ofreció cosas que no se cumplieron al final..
1. Nos ofreció "Hielera" para la playa que nunca nos dió..
2. Nos ofreció ubicarnos en excelentes lugares en la playa que tampoco se cumplió
3. Nos ofreció movilidad por parte del hotel que a la final terminamos pagando nosotros mismos
4. Tengan cuidado con el tour a isla saona que es lo más atractivo de Punta Cana porque sales temprano y llegas tarde, pero la mayor parte del tiempo tienes que estar viajando y poco disfrutas en la playa como tal
5. Nos ofreció en isla saona un buffet solo para nuestro grupo con langosta y sin filas, que tampoco se cumplió y nos dieron pollo frito
6. Nos cobraron por adelantado así que no podíamos pedir devolución de todas las actividades que contratamos
ASI QUE LES RECOMIENDO SER METICULOSOS CON LO CONTRATAN, HABLAR HASTA EL MINIMO DETALLE E IR PAGANDO POR ACTIVIDADES REALIZADAS
