Keine Rechnung bei diesem "Hotel"
Cons:

Leider war es diesem "Hotel" nicht möglich eine Rechnung für den Aufenthalt auszustellen, obwohl dies bei Anreise vereinbart wurde. Auch ein gutes dutzend Erinnerungsnachrichten und Anrufe konnten daran leider nichts ändern.

* Betten waren sehr bequem
* Gesamteindruck ist sauber (ausser unter dem Bett)
* Duschtuch waren vorhanden.

Cons:

* unter den Betten war es sehr staubig
* der TV funktioniert nicht
* wirkte sehr verlassen (evtl. waren wir auch einfach ausserhalb der Ferienzeit)
* im Treppenhaus war es sehr kalt

Soggiorno pessimo.
Pros:

Non mi è piaciuto NULLA. Bagno sporchissimo, struttura trascuratissima e assenza totale di personale.
Non si può definire questa struttura Hotel ma semplicemente affittacamere.
La struttura andrebbe eliminata da Booking

Cons:

semplicemente TUTTO. Evitate di proporre queste strutture ai clienti Booking.

Bij aankomst viel het meteen op dat er vrijwel nooit iemand bij de receptie aanwezig was. Voor een hotel, waar service juist centraal zou moeten staan, is dit al een slecht teken. Het grootste probleem was echter onze kamer. Tot mijn grote schrik ontdekte ik dat de kamer vol zat met bedwantsen. Dit is niet alleen vies, maar ook zeer onhygiënisch en zorgwekkend. Toen ik dit meldde bij de medewerker, werd er schouderophalend op gereageerd met de woorden: “ze doen niks”. Dat vind ik een bijzonder respectloze en onprofessionele reactie. Bedwantsen zijn namelijk een serieus probleem en horen nooit in een hotelkamer thuis. Er werd mij vervolgens een refund aangeboden, wat ik in eerste instantie als een juiste stap zag. Helaas blijkt ook dat niets waard te zijn, want sindsdien is er geen enkele reactie meer gekomen op mijn verzoek om die terugbetaling daadwerkelijk te ontvangen. Ik heb meerdere keren contact gezocht, maar het hotel reageert simpelweg niet meer. Voor mij is dit absoluut onacceptabel. Hygiëne, service en betrouwbaarheid zijn de basis van een hotel, en dit hotel faalt op al deze punten. Ik raad iedereen die overweegt hier te boeken ten zeerste af om dit te doen. Er zijn genoeg andere hotels waar je wél netjes en respectvol behandeld wordt en waar je zonder zorgen kunt verblijven.

Es war wirklich schade, dass unsere Übernachtung so enttäuschend war. Es gab kein warmes Wasser, das WLAN funktionierte nicht, und von 15:00 bis 21:45 war niemand erreichbar. Erst um 21:45 nahm jemand das Telefon ab und sagte nur: „Tut mir leid, was wollen Sie machen? Ich kann Ihnen nicht helfen.
Ich will meine Geld zurück.
