The stuff were very helpfull, even when i did some mistake in my booking, but they still offered me a good room, hot water, good ac, good people, thanks a lot.
Nothing at all
Location: very close to the train station (what we needed). Comfortable clean room with good shower. Helpful staff.
The location is good if you need to be near the train station, but it is not a good location if you want to visit the city.

If they decide to accommodate a customer to the nearest room right next to the reception, they should be quiet at least at night. The lobby was more like emoloyee’s playground or bedroom. They talked very loudly, tuned the noisy music even after midnight. I could not get asleep as the building and the room had 0 soundproofing
Very friendly. Simple but very clean. Short walk to the train station. Great if you’ve booked an early morning train.
WiFi comes and goes- night trains can wake you up if you’re a light sleeper.
Few distance to north railway station and town hall metro station that is so helpful for easy travel

The bed was comfortable although a little far from the fort. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful would definitely recommend.
No breakfast, no tea coffee arrangements in the hotel..no TV channel of our choice . Just a room to sleep. Bathroom was stuffy and noisy due to exhaust system
