Localização, quarto espaçoso

Cons:

Hotel estava em obras e isso não foi informado em nenhum momento antes da reserva, mesmo tendo realizado a reserva apenas 2 dias antes do início da estadia. Precisava de um hotel para descansar e trabalhar remotamente, contudo, desde às 9h da manhã iniciaram barulhos ensurdecedores. Em contato com a recepção, fui informado que estavam em obras do primeiro ao terceiro andar, sendo que me colocaram em um quarto logo acima da obra, no quarto andar. Ofereceram-me como “solução” trabalhar no andar da piscina ou no lobby do hotel, o que é totalmente incompatível com o valor elevado da hospedagem.
