Cons:

Si è allagata la camera con la pioggia. Siamo scappati e ci hanno rimborsato solamente le due notti in cui non abbiamo dormito.
Il personale gentile ma a seguito della segnalazione mi aspettavo che quantomeno il titolare ci inviasse una mail di scuse.
Nell’ appartamento inoltre c’ era una porta comunicante a scomparsa che entrava direttamente nella cucina dei vicini ciò ovviamente ha comportato che rumori e odori fossero condivisi.

Wohnung war super, gross genug, Küche gut ausgestattet...alles was man braucht. Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick aufs Meer.

Cons:

Auf dem Bettsofa konnte man nicht schlafen, sollte gewechselt werden. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto, weil vieles geschlossen war (ende Oktober).

Schöne Lage, tolle Aussicht, eine separate Toilette, zwei Duschen. Waschmaschinen die ohne Gebühr genutzt werden konnten.

Cons:

Die Wohnung hatte einen leichten Reparaturstau. Der Esstisch und die Stühle waren unappetitlich. Ein Staubsauger wäre gut gewesen.

Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr mühsam .....durch Büsche und sehr schmal und wie ein Bergwanderweg...
Die Wohnung war nicht sauber.....das Inventar alles etwas instabil....
Der Tisch in der Wohnung zum essen sehr unpraktisch...Glastisch mit hohem Rand welcher voller Schmutz war....kaum zum reinigen....schade.....

Bella struttura purtroppo mal tenuta!
Pros:

Apprezzabili sono la posizione tranquilla e la terrazza vista mare.

Cons:

Il posteggio attiguo ai contenitori dei rifiuti. La pulizia superficiale. La manutenzione dell'appartamento scadente ( rubinetto malfunzionante, mobili obsoleti, tettoia che gocciola...) . L'incredibile quantità di zanzare sia negli spazi esterni che in casa vista l'assenza di zanzariere.
