Phòng đẹp.
Dịch vụ giặt đồ không chuyên nghiệp (không trả đồ được đúng hẹn). Mặt khác, điều kỳ quặc là phòng bên cạnh nếu sập cầu giao thì làm mất điện phòng tôi. Tôi ở đó 3 ngày và phòng bên cạnh đã làm phòng tôi sập điện 2 lần. Điều này đã làm tôi bị stressed.
Room was nice and big, clean as well. Our door was a little see through though and had a curtain in front but you could still get light coming through. Bathroom was big, only bad thing was it smelt of drains. Could have done with some shower gel and shampoo though. They have a luggage storage room you can use. It’s about 15 mins walk from the main restaurants.

It was a really nice stay.
The receptionists are very helpful and welcoming, we checked in very early in the morning (it was 5AM).
It is a bit far from the city center if you want to walk but they have motorbikes for rent for a reasonable price (150K).
Even though it is in a side street here is full of nice cafes and restaurants where you can find local delicious food.
The room was very spacious and clean. AC, fun and hot water work well. There are drinking water refilling stations and a kettle on each floor.

Homestay kept by a friendly man speaking english, above a Canadian immigration agency.
We rented 2 rooms and they were nice and cozy. One of them had windows towards the street, the other had windows only towards the hallway, but it was not a problem (we were away during the day anyway).
In a quiet neighbourhood, a few minutes walk to the big malls and 15 minutes walk to the tourist restaurants area.
They did laundry for us (with machine and dryer) and everything came back nice and clean.
It was cold and rainy outside but the heating system of the airco made it nice and cozy in one of the rooms.
The airco in the second room, and there was therefore no heating. But after telling him so, the owner gave us a small heater.
The floor in the rooms could have been cleaner.
Really kind staff they allow me to stay till afternoon becouse i had a night train without overcharge thanks a lot
