Had a great experience staying here. The room was neat, spacious, and comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff treated us with kindness and respect throughout our stay. Our stay was marred by a complete lack of basic service and staffing. There is **no front desk and no visible staff**, which made the simplest tasks—like entering or leaving the property—an exhausting chore.
The most frustrating part was the parking situation. The **parking area remained closed** with no watchman on duty most of the time. We were forced to wait indefinitely every single time we needed to park or take our car out, which completely disrupted our schedule.
Check-out was just as disorganized. We had to wait for a significant amount of time just to find someone to hand over the keys. If you value your time and expect a basic level of hospitality or security, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The lack of management here makes for a very stressful experience.
