Decent Hotel, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Room was spacious and comfortable. Reasonable choice at breakfast, although I was charged extra because I wanted a latte? Go figure????

Cons:

Not sure if it was just the floor we were on but it was quite noisy.

Een mooie hotel en de locatie is ook goed.
Pros:

De locatie van het hotel is goed, een mooie hotel en dichtbij van het ziekenhuis, Markt en de Mall en de personeel zijn allemaal aardig en professioneel.

Cons:

Toen ik 3 nachten bij dit hotel alleen in de badkamer was veel mieren maar kan dit snel behandeld worden .

The room and hotel were clean and looked brand new.

However, I was disappointed with the service during our arrival. This was our first time staying at the hotel, and no one came to welcome us. My husband had to take the initiative to put our luggage onto the trolley by himself until one staff member eventually noticed. Meanwhile, I saw many staff members gathered in the restaurant but not paying attention during arrival to put our luggage.

Please improve your service, as there was a clear lack of friendliness and need a lot of training.

We were pleased and quite satisfied with the service
Pros:

Breakfast was good, quality and variety of food was great. Location was also good, we could sit and dine comfortably.

Cons:

The Hotel is quite new and the design is great, but we've seen some damage parts of the interior. We are really hoping that the management could maintain the service quality and the cleanliness of the Hotel because we are still planning to come back.
